Awful experience
Awful experience. Do NOT buy from here. They sold.me good whuch were far too small for standard UK sizing and when inasked for a return request my order was shut down by the seller. Then I opened up a dispute with dh gate and they have made it as hard as possible to obtain a refund a closed my dispute withiut even informing me. I don't think they have any intention of allowing me to return for a refund. I'll never buy from here again

To many poor sellers
Terrible service from this amateur company some sellers send put very poor condition items or even wrong items once dispute open dhgate always backs up seller even with proof damaged items wrong item sent etc in truth once purchased a item doesn't matter what you receive you will be wasting your time opening dispute seller always wins so for me maybe be wise sending few quid more to buy genuine stuff maybe works out more expensive but they will last longer and they will be as there meant to be a lot a sellers on site sell damaged Goods or sent out wrong items and you lost money due to dhgate always taking sellers side

2nd time I've been scammed
2nd time I've been scammed. This time by dhcrazy-top1 Thought the 1st time was genuine. Dh gate customer service are not on the customer's side, you have no chance. Just dont bother. Buy the real thing, it's cheaper in the long run.

Bad Business
Be careful if ordering wigs. They will send one out of the ten you ordered and then tell you your order was delivered. If you dispute it with DHGate they will turn your dispute down automatically and release funds to the store that scammed you. No customer service can be contacted. Be careful you will lose your money. I lost $689

FAKE PRODUCT!
A few people I know that brought from DH gate as well, But I have never asked them as I have never experienced this scam before, The company was selling very popular brand (flashlight) at a 90% discount, the order received was £0.90 flashlight. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!! STAY WELL AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SCAMMERS!!

Misleading reviews, biased dispute process, and zero buyer protectionI had a genuinely awful experience with DHgate and will never use this platform again.I purchased an item after carefully comparing sellers and relying heavily on DHgate’s review system. The seller had an almost perfect rating (around 99%+ positive), which gave me confidence. That was a mistake.The item I received was nothing like the listing: it arrived badly damaged, crushed, and of extremely poor quality. The defects were structural and obvious, not minor. The seller was rude, dishonest, and offered an insulting £0.01 refund.I followed DHgate’s dispute process in good faith. Despite clear photographic evidence, DHgate closed the dispute with only a partial refund and released the funds to the seller.Here’s the most disturbing part:DHgate does not allow you to leave a review while a dispute is open. My dispute took longer than the review window. The moment it closed, I submitted a 1-star review describing my experience. When I checked back later, DHgate had automatically converted my review into a 5-star “automatic review”, claiming I hadn’t reviewed in time — which is untrue.When I looked through other reviews, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: countless 5-star ratings marked as “automatic because buyer did not complete review in a timely manner.” This means negative reviews are effectively suppressed, and seller ratings are artificially inflated.I relied on these ratings when deciding to purchase. Had I seen honest, lower ratings, I would never have bought the item. I was misled.This system removes any real incentive for sellers to provide quality products or fair resolutions, because the platform protects sellers — not buyers.I’ve now had to go through my credit card company to recover my money. DHgate lost a long-term customer because of how they handled this.Do not trust the star ratings on this platform. They do not reflect genuine buyer experiences.
