Dia&Co Reviews
Dia&Co has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with the majority of reviews citing serious service and billing issues. Common complaints include being charged without receiving products or proper refunds, repeated charges despite returning items, difficulty with the return process (company claims items were never received when they were), and a reported decline in clothing quality relative to pricing. A small segment of reviewers praise the service, with one noting a positive experience years ago, though that same reviewer reported a deterioration in quality and value upon returning to the service in 2024.
Several shoppers have described their experiences as fraudulent or scam-like, reporting multiple charges and unhelpful customer service responses. There are also complaints about fit issues, particularly regarding sizing for petite customers and excessively long pants and jeans. While a minority of recent reviews are positive (around 17 percent five-star ratings), the dominant pattern in feedback involves billing disputes, missing products, and customer service failures that have left many shoppers dissatisfied and warning others to avoid the company.
Not a good fit for petite shoppers. Over the time I got boxes from Dia, I maybe kept 3 or 4 items total. I was really looking forward to some pants and jeans, but they were way too long even though the fit was good otherwise. I'm still planning to get them tailored. My first couple boxes, I didn't know about exchanges. The jeans were pricey and the pants cost more than the regular price, though I later found out they make petite sizes too. I did keep one sweater that I loved - a draped style with great colors, even though it ran long. Everything else was frustrating to deal with. Nothing fit right, and even though there was supposedly a stylist, it seemed like a different one each time so they never figured out my preferences. If you're petite, skip this service.
This is a total scam. I never got any products and then they charged me over $500. The company wouldn't do anything to help.
Avoid this company at all costs! I returned my box properly and they keep charging me repeatedly, saying they never received it. This is a terrible experience!
I really wish I'd done more research before coming back to this service. Eight years ago I was thrilled with them and had a smooth experience getting quality pieces shipped to my rural home. But after rejoining in 2024 following a move, new family, and career change, things felt really different. The clothing quality went down while prices went up, which I can understand, but my feedback kept getting ignored. I'd explain fit problems and ask for specific items, but the same boxy pieces kept arriving that didn't work. Some months I sent everything back. Then they switched from postal service to a courier, which was really rough for someone in a rural area where that carrier doesn't reach reliably. The worst part came when I got a delivery notice for a package I never received. After I told support with pictures that it went to the wrong house, they actually asked if maybe someone in my family had grabbed it. It wasn't even close to my place! They then told me to file a claim with the courier myself, only I couldn't do that - only the sender can file those claims.
Absolutely awful service! The clothes I got weren't even close to my size. I returned both bags on time using their bags and their drop-off location but they're telling me I never returned anything and now they've charged me! Do not waste your money or time on this company. It's a complete joke!!
This is the worst experience I've had with any company. They told me no order was placed, but my card got charged and I received a receipt. I was actually charged twice - once on 11/5 and again today on 8th. This company is committing fraud and I'm calling my bank right now to report this.
They charged me for a box I sent back before the deadline. I had everything packaged separately but put the order number clearly on the outside of the bag. I can't seem to reach customer support to fix this issue. I need my money back!!
I'm usually a fan of other styling services, but I couldn't get into this one. Despite what their ads claim, they're not nearly as inclusive as they say, especially for smaller sizes. I'm in the middle range (between 10 and 14 depending on the brand) and petite, and their marketing suggests they stock these sizes with lots of options for shorter frames. The reality is way different - there's almost nothing in the smaller sizes. I tried their workwear option and was really let down. Maybe 3 items out of my whole order were actually suitable for work. Even worse, nothing was short or petite even though I specifically said regular length pants wouldn't work for me. Everything was way too long or fit awkwardly. Total disappointment. Skip this if you're petite and mid-sized.
Don't go with this company. The stylist kept sending me sizes way too big despite my requests. I tried giving them multiple chances to get the sizing right with no luck. I canceled my subscription and got a confirmation, but about a month later got an email saying a box had been shipped. I called customer service explaining I'd canceled and recently moved with no way to get the box. They basically said there's nothing they can do and I'd be charged the full amount. The customer service and styling at Dia are both a disappointment. Don't throw away your time or money. The clothes are cheap quality and just not worth it!
This is terrible!!! The quality of the pieces is awful. The stylists don't put any thought into what goes in the boxes. The support team is basically nonexistent. I mailed back a box and weeks later had a charge of over $300. They claim they never got the return even though I sent it in their own return bag. I mailed other things that same day and they arrived fine. Nobody will help me resolve this. They basically told me too bad.
I got a beautiful shawl but the care tag said: DO NOT WASH, DO NOT DRY, DO NOT IRON, DO NOT DRY CLEAN. So basically you can't actually wear it. Plus the tag said CANCER RISK. Don't buy from this company.
Glad I checked the site first before ordering! Come on now, $558 for one dress? No way. I'll pass.
Be careful about their gift cards - they're basically useless! You can't use them to buy anything from their regular website. The only thing you can do is apply them toward those style box purchases. So when you buy one for someone, you're really just paying them to push their subscription service. The limitations are mentioned on their site somewhere, but it's not obvious to someone who doesn't already know how they operate.
I was really disappointed with this clothing subscription service. The packaging was nice, but the only items I actually wanted were pieces I'd selected myself. The stylist made poor choices for me and sent items that had nothing to do with my style or my requests. The stuff I did keep turned out to be low quality even though it seemed fancy at first. I went ahead and kept it anyway, thinking higher price meant better quality, and they looked okay on me initially. But after wearing 2 items - a romper and a dress - just once, they fell apart. The romper strap separated and the material started pilling after one wash. The dress got a hole and shows other spots where holes will probably show up soon. I spent over $100 on those 2 pieces and now they're unwearable. There's a huge gap between the items you can purchase separately from their shop versus what actually gets put in subscription boxes. Plus, I noticed the subscription clothes seem to be cut mainly for women on the bigger end of the plus size range. If you wear a 14, this probably isn't right for you.
