For a family run operation you sure don't deliver great customer service. You offer local pickup but refused to accept a courier pickup option. When I asked if you could just print and attach a label so a third party courier could forward it to me, you flat out said no. You claim you want to do wholesale deals but can't even handle printing a label and putting it on a box. I honestly don't get how you'd turn away tens of thousands of dollars in potential business over something so simple. But I guess that's your problem.

Shipping is lightning quick and items arrive in great condition. I'm a serious collector and I care about every single detail down to minor scratches and dings.
