I recently purchased some boots for my…

I recently purchased some boots for my wife, she suffers with a long term ankle issue after gaining several fractures. We were told by her consultant until her surgery that she needs to wear good quality boots and I wanted to get her some that would last her well and would be stylish. Sadly the boots I purchased weren’t a good fit for her, I thought the zip on the front would help her get them on easier but they just weren’t right. The team in Westfields Stratford were wonderful in processing the return efficiently and the issue we faces was nothing to do with the product only the for specific to my wife. The refund was processed and in my account within a day, cannot fault the process and will myself be getting some of the mens loafers in the future!

If Your Might Return The Item, Don't Buy Direct from Dr Martens

I ordered a pair of boots for my wife (Anistone KH Dark Brown) direct from drmartens.com. My wife wanted boots that came up higher so I returned them (they had never even been taken out of the box or tried on). It took 2 weeks to finally get a refund and they charged me $7 for the privilege. This is the reason I shop on Amazon (free returns) and I should have known better than to buy direct from the vendor. The boots were a bit less expensive on drmartens.com compared to amazon.com, but that discount isn't worth the hassle if you have to return something. With amazon, I get a refund (without any additional fees) as soon as I drop something off at UPS, Whole Foods or Kohls for a return.

Frustrating, Useless Website - Much Cheaper Prices In A Shop!!!

When I ordered a pair of shoes from Dr Martens website it was far from straightforward.When I needed to return them my first approach was to use their website again. I couldn't log in because my password didn't work.I tried 6 times over 2 days to get a Password Reset email but none arrived.There is no means of contacting 'Customer Support' on their website so I resorted to talking to their less than impressive chat-bot which eventually promised me 'Customer Support' would be in touch - They weren't.While I was waiting I dug out the box and found a Returns form which allowed returns without accessing the website! So I followed that route and am now waiting to see if it works.After ordering the shoes on-line I walked past a Dr Martens shoe shop and was very surprised to see that their prices were significantly cheaper that those on the web-site.

Please change UPS to another delivery company

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery experience associated with my recent order, specifically due to your logistics partner, UPS. While the customer representatives at the Dr. Martens have been extremely helpful, your delivery partner UPS has been the worst.My first shipment was simply lost by UPS. This alone was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the replacement shipment did not go smoothly either. For the second package, I explicitly changed the delivery date from 18 December to 19 December through the UPS system, and this change was clearly accepted and confirmed.Despite this, the courier attempted delivery on 18 December, marked me as “not at home” (which was entirely predictable, given the approved delivery change), and then redirected the package to a remote access point located approximately 5 km from my home. This location is not reachable by public transport, is situated in an industrial area surrounded by car repair shops, and feels unsafe and poorly chosen for customer collection.After what can only be described as a long and unnecessary delivery ordeal, I did eventually receive my package. However, this experience has significantly impacted my perception of ordering directly from your website.I strongly encourage Dr. Martens to reconsider its partnership with UPS, as these issues are not isolated incidents. They are widely documented on independent consumer review platforms, where UPS consistently receives negative feedback for similar delivery failures, false delivery attempts, and inappropriate relay point selections.Regrettably, while I appreciate your products, I will no longer place orders through the Dr. Martens website as long as UPS is the delivery provider. In the future, I will purchase Dr. Martens products only through third-party retailers that use more reliable carriers.I felt it was important to share this feedback directly with you, as delivery quality is a critical part of the customer experience and directly reflects on your brand.

Delivery was late after paying extra…

Delivery was late after paying extra for Saturday delivery, tried to contact them via website and email but no response - been a DMs fan for years but I'll be very reluctant to order from them again now!
