Edible Arrangements Delivery Policy

Delivery of Edible Arrangements is handled either by hand via a local store (in a refrigerated van or by DoorDash) or shipped via FedEx, depending on the product (such as Dipped Fruit™).

Business Deliveries: Completed before 5:00 PM on the scheduled day. Gifts may be left with a front desk, security, or receptionist with instructions for immediate refrigeration. Edible is not responsible for improper handling thereafter.

Residential Deliveries: Can be made as late as 7:00 PM (extended to 9:00 PM during peak holiday times).

Time Requests: Specific delivery times are not guaranteed and should be directed to your local fulfilling store.

Edible Arrangements does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

1. How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or make changes to an order being processed by a local Edible® store (including address changes, card messages, or item additions), you must contact that store as soon as possible.

For cancellations of local delivery or pickup orders, contact the store at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Changes are possible until the order leaves the store. Once it is out for delivery or delivered, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

2. What happens if my business delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable?

For business addresses, deliveries are prioritized before 5:00 PM. If the business is closed, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day. To avoid this, do not place same-day business delivery orders after 3:00 PM. In many cases, gifts may be left with an authorized person (such as a receptionist or security) with instructions for immediate refrigeration.

3. Does Edible Arrangements offer price adjustments?

No. Because Edible Arrangements deals with fresh, perishable products, they do not offer price adjustments. Instead, customers are encouraged to save through the Edible Rewards® program, which provides coupons for future purchases.
