How to Redeem Edible Arrangement Coupon Codes

  1. Browse the available arrangements and select the one you wish to purchase. Once satisfied, click the “Continue” button.
  2. If presented with an option to upgrade or add customizations to your arrangement, make your selections and click “Continue” again.
  3. Enter the recipient and delivery information as requested, and then click “Add to cart.”
  4. On the Order Summary page, look directly underneath the list of your purchased items for the dedicated field labeled “Add Promo Code.”
  5. Enter the verified coupon code into the box. Be sure to hit the adjacent plus sign (+) to apply the code to your total.

Edible Arrangements Delivery Policy

Delivery of Edible Arrangements is handled either by hand via a local store (in a refrigerated van or by DoorDash) or shipped via FedEx, depending on the product (such as Dipped Fruit™).

Business Deliveries: Completed before 5:00 PM on the scheduled day. Gifts may be left with a front desk, security, or receptionist with instructions for immediate refrigeration. Edible is not responsible for improper handling thereafter.

Residential Deliveries: Can be made as late as 7:00 PM (extended to 9:00 PM during peak holiday times).

Time Requests: Specific delivery times are not guaranteed and should be directed to your local fulfilling store.

Edible Arrangements does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

For customer service inquiries, including tracking an order or questions about a recent purchase, use the following options:

  • Help Desk Form: Submit inquiries via the official contact form.
  • FedEx Shipped Order Changes/Cancellations: For Dipped Fruit™ orders shipped via FedEx only, call 877-DO-FRUIT (877-363-7848) by noon EST on the day prior to the delivery date.

FAQs

1. How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or make changes to an order being processed by a local Edible® store (including address changes, card messages, or item additions), you must contact that store as soon as possible.

For cancellations of local delivery or pickup orders, contact the store at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Changes are possible until the order leaves the store. Once it is out for delivery or delivered, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

2. What happens if my business delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable?

For business addresses, deliveries are prioritized before 5:00 PM. If the business is closed, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day. To avoid this, do not place same-day business delivery orders after 3:00 PM. In many cases, gifts may be left with an authorized person (such as a receptionist or security) with instructions for immediate refrigeration.

3. Does Edible Arrangements offer price adjustments?

No. Because Edible Arrangements deals with fresh, perishable products, they do not offer price adjustments. Instead, customers are encouraged to save through the Edible Rewards® program, which provides coupons for future purchases.

Excellent customer service: Jordan in the Camillus, NY store.

I called my local Edible Arrangements Store to place a Valentine's Day order to my daughter in Maryland. I was happy that I was able to interact with Jordan at the Camillus, NY store at 5384 W. Genesee St. I have used this store exclusively for my business with Edible Arrangements and I have been lucky enough to be assisted by Jordan each time. She is the epitome of what EXCELLENT customer service is and it is a pleasure to work with her. The Camillus store and Edible Arrangements is fortunate that she is their representative. She always goes the extra mile to insure that you are getting exactly what you want to make that gift extra special. You immediately know from her tone and attention to detail that she cares about the product, the customer, and satisfaction.

Edible Excellence

The girl in the Danbury, Ct shop was so helpful and made up a fresh delicious birthday arrangement to be delivered in Sandy Hook, Ct. The driver who delivered the arrangement was as nice as he could be. I am forever impressed with every Edible arrangement I have purchased and sent for many occasions. Not all bad

I know there are alot of negative reviews about Edible Arrangements, but the one on 34th St. South, Saint Petersburg has always came through. The manager Keisha is great to work with. She is very kind, helpful and wants to make sure you are happy when you leave the store. She comes through every time. Call and ask for Keisha and she will fix you right up.

on March 15 2023 I had the pleasure of speaking with Zach on the phone, not only was he very sweet but also very helpful. Not only did he grant my request for a delivery for the same day at 3:00pm. he also had the piece made and delivered within 30 min. with a picture of the delivery. He went above and beyond for me.
