I won easily because their delivery paperwork had lots of errors and they had no real evidence. When the court ruled in my favor and ordered them to reimburse me plus interest, they started making accusations that I was trying to pull a scam, which was offensive and completely unfounded. Instead of doing the right thing and apologizing and paying right away, they've continued to drag things out. I eventually got a debt collector involved. I wouldn't be saying all this if they had just admitted their mistake and paid me back like an honest company would. Their approach seems to be to make problems last as long as possible and hope customers give up. I'd recommend others pursue small claims court too if you have similar issues. Don't worry about the amount being small either because this company clearly needs to learn that they need to treat customers right.
