First time ordering online and I was really disappointed. The covers are basically laminated plastic that I could've done myself at home. They scratch and scuff right away because of that cheap laminate, so they're not practical for something you use constantly. These haven't even been used yet and they're already marked up. The designs looked nice online but in person the covers feel like a DIY project rather than a quality product. I'd also read that the paper was thick and luxurious, but that's overstated. It's textured like recycled paper and while it's not tissue thin, it's definitely not the premium quality I expected. The binding is solid and the pages are perforated which is nice, but I'm really let down overall, especially since I bought four of them! The covers are my biggest complaint. I'll use what I have but I won't be ordering again.

I've been a loyal customer buying their Life Planner every single year since 2015, but lately the quality has tanked. They used to include a clear zippered pouch, a black coil, a perpetual calendar, and nice cards. All gone now. The sticker packs got smaller while prices went up. Orders now come in plain cardboard instead of the beautiful branded boxes with colorful tissue paper. They've stripped away all the little touches that made the brand special. My recent order was sent with the wrong color cover and took three weeks to arrive, longer than ever before. The designs themselves haven't impressed me either lately. The company was so much better when the founder was hands-on. I'm switching to a different planner company next year.

My planner is late and they haven't even bothered to reach out and let me know what's going on. Their email support is only available Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, and I can't get to that during my work hours. It's not like I have many options. I've ordered from them before without problems, but this will be my last time.

Their customer service is really letting me down. My order is more than a month behind schedule with zero communication about when it'll actually ship. I've tried emailing customer service multiple times with no response, and their chat option hasn't connected me with anyone who can actually assist.

I bought a $200 gift card for someone's birthday and the email with the code never showed up. When I tried to get help, I found out I need to book a call weeks ahead. My emails aren't getting answered, and when I attempted their chat support during business hours, every agent was swamped and I was told to contact them another way.

Customer service here is awful. Nobody's gotten back to me in over a week now. I placed my planner order in early July and it was supposed to ship by late July. It's mid-August and still nothing. Haven't received the item and haven't heard anything from them. Don't bother with this company. I wish I'd read the reviews first before giving them my money.

Save your money and go somewhere else. My teacher planner took months to arrive and there were plenty of reasons given for the delays. When it finally showed up, it didn't live up to the hype. The pages had tears and the sticker pack didn't match the planner's theme or style at all. I really liked my planner from them last year, so I was hopeful, but this year was a letdown. The quality took a hit and now I'm stuck with it since I'd added a custom title page to the order. Really disappointed.

I ordered a personalized planner in early January. It was set to ship mid-January and I was fine with that, but it shipped earlier than expected which was great. However, FedEx held my package for over a week, so the delay was longer than it should have been. When I contacted support, they sent me a polished response that seemed genuine at first. When my planner finally arrived after all that waiting, I was disappointed to find they'd engraved it with the wrong letters instead of my name. I'm really unhappy with how this turned out, especially after paying over $70.

I've spent nearly $500 with them this year and the experience has been frustrating. When I got my first order with broken pen tips out of a dozen, their response was basically that nothing could be done. After a few more orders without issues, I discovered they had a rewards program. I contacted support about getting points for my previous purchases and got the same unhelpful answer. I'm going back to Plum Paper where the products are better and the customer service actually helps. Plus their shipping is more reliable than the FedEx delays I've dealt with here.

I keep getting wrong items in my orders and I doubt I'm the only one! Out of maybe 5 or 6 purchases, most have had some kind of error. My latest order showed up incorrect again. The customer service team is polite enough but doesn't really solve the problem, just offers to send a replacement that takes another 3 to 5 business days. After waiting 2 to 3 weeks already because of their mistake, that's not acceptable service. They apologize a lot but don't take real responsibility. This brand used to be solid. Steer clear!

Terrible customer service experience. There's nobody available to talk to. I scheduled two phone calls and neither one happened. I finally tried their chat function today and wasted a bunch of time there too. I wanted to place an order through a representative but was told to just go online. I had a store credit and wanted to use it with help from a representative. The whole thing was pointless. I asked for a supervisor's information and got nowhere. Don't order from them. After this planner I'm going back to Franklin where you can actually get real customer service. I thought I'd try something new but I was wrong.

Such a fantastic company! I've been ordering accessories and notebooks from them since 2018 and I genuinely love everything about them. The founder is inspiring and the products really do help you get organized, crush your goals, and stay on top of your tasks. Their bullet journals are hands down my favorite product they make!

I'm absolutely hooked on EC planners! Been buying from them since 2015 and their life planners are my go-to. Whenever something hasn't gone right, they've stepped up and taken responsibility to make things right. That's why I keep coming back. The quality is worth every penny.
