EveryPlate Shipping Policy
Meal kit services like EveryPlate typically ship via standard parcel carriers with delivery timeframes depending on your location and service tier. Shoppers should check the site during checkout to confirm expected delivery dates and any applicable shipping fees or policies for their area. Cold chain packaging is standard for perishable meal kit contents.
EveryPlate Returns & Refund Policy
Meal kits are perishable products, so return policies are generally more restrictive than standard retail goods. Shoppers should contact EveryPlate's customer service directly with concerns about incorrect orders, missing items, or quality issues rather than expecting traditional returns.

EveryPlate Reviews
EveryPlate shoppers consistently praise the service for reducing meal planning stress and offering diverse, quality recipes with fresh ingredients. Customers appreciate the budget-friendly pricing compared to dining out and grocery shopping, and many highlight how easy the recipes are to follow, making meal preparation accessible even for children. The main complaints center on billing practices, with some customers reporting that advertised signup prices disappear after enrollment and multiple charges per order create confusion about total costs. A few reviewers also note that recipe instructions can be lengthy and time-consuming to follow.
Despite these concerns, the overwhelming majority of shoppers rate EveryPlate highly, with most emphasizing satisfaction with food quality, recipe variety, and the convenience the service provides for busy households. The billing issues appear to affect a smaller segment of customers but represent a notable pain point for those who experience them.
Fantastic all-around service. Takes the stress out of meal planning and cooking. You get to explore different cuisines and enjoy preparing fresh recipes. Couldn't ask for better. 10/10.
Each step has too many instructions, which makes meal prep take way longer than it should.
The food itself was good quality and tasted great. My problem is with how they charge customers. When you sign up, they show you certain prices. But once you're in, those prices disappear. Then they charge your card multiple times per order, making it impossible to understand what you're actually spending. Even accounting for shipping and taxes, the actual charges far exceed what was promised. You can't even find a detailed breakdown of charges anywhere in their app. On the positive side, canceling is quick and painless.
I'm grateful to have EveryPlate for our household. On hectic evenings, I can let my children prepare dinner since every ingredient is provided and the instructions are easy to follow.
We find EveryPlate to be both delicious and budget-conscious. We're eating out way less and cutting back on grocery bills significantly. The recipes bring excitement to our table with unique flavors and unexpected twists that make each week's dinners feel fresh and interesting.
I'm really enjoying Every Plate. Most recipes turn out fantastic. They're pretty straightforward to cook too. Haven't run into any spoiled produce or missing items. I love having all those different recipe options to pick from every week.
I've been with EveryPlate for several months and it's hands down the best meal kit service I've tried for the price point. Looking for something budget-friendly, hassle-free, and tasty that won't empty your wallet? EveryPlate delivers. What really gets me is how straightforward the recipes are. Meals typically take about 30 minutes, and the directions are crystal clear even if you're not super confident in the kitchen. Ingredients come in the exact amounts you need, so there's minimal waste and less cooking stress. The ingredient quality is consistently fresh and the portions are actually generous. Recipes keep things simple and family-friendly, but there's flexibility to customize or swap things out if you want variety. The price is what really makes EveryPlate stand out. It's one of the cheapest meal kits around, perfect for students, families, or anybody who wants to eat better without spending a ton on restaurants or grocery trips. EveryPlate honestly saves my busy weeknights. It cuts down on time spent cooking, eliminates multiple store visits, and helps me stick to my meal prep schedule. Definitely worth checking out.
They consistently offer great recipes and handle any ingredient problems or refunds without hassle.
Dependable on-time arrivals, high-quality simple ingredients, and clear easy-to-follow instructions
Reliable on-time arrivals, excellent ingredient quality, and straightforward cooking instructions
Customer service has consistently impressed me, and the packaging has gotten much better. Problems I've had were actually shipping issues, not their fault, but EveryPlate always fixed things right away. The app makes ordering simple. There's a wide selection from classic comfort food to healthier choices to vegetarian options.
The dishes taste fantastic, packaging keeps everything protected, and I really appreciate how creative the recipes are
