My family members decided to try this service after seeing ads for fresh organic produce. What showed up was disappointing to say the least. The vegetables were already wilting, the sweet potatoes had sprouted, and one of the vegetables was rotten. They barely got any fruit and only a couple veggies total, and the whole shipment was pretty rough. When they tried to cancel and ask for a refund, customer service only gave them part of their money back. I'd skip this one.

The vegetables themselves are fine but the customer service experience was terrible. We stood in line waiting our turn only to have people cut in front of us. A teenage worker told us something about there being two lines but wouldn't identify themselves and seemed annoyed to help. Either make the setup obvious or train your staff better. Definitely planning to take my business elsewhere.

It would really help if your website had a search function so I could look up specific items instead of having to scroll through everything. I end up giving up trying to find things because it takes way too long.

Started out amazing the first couple months! Lately though the boxes have been arriving a bit roughed up. The apples show a lot of bruising and some veggies aren't quite as crisp as they used to be. Still pretty convenient overall and most of the time the quality is really solid though.
