In-store purchases can be returned at any Finish Line or JD Sports location in the U.S., while online purchases can be returned either in-store or by mail to the JD Finish Line warehouse. Keep in mind, Finish Line inside Macy’s does not accept returns from Finish Line stores or online. Exchanges are available in-store only, and Finish Line reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
