Fossil Shipping Policy
Fossil offers free shipping for all orders in the U.S. Orders are shipped via standard shipping and will arrive in 5-7 business days for orders in the U.S., including U.S. territories, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Two-day UPS shipping is available for $20, and overnight shipping is available for $30. Most orders placed on business days ship the same day they are placed; you will receive a shipping confirmation message as soon as your order has left the Fossil distribution center.
Fossil offers free shipping to Canada on orders over $100. Orders less than $100 will incur a $10 shipping charge. Orders will generally arrive in nine business days.
Fossil Return Policy
Within 90 days, you can return anything you don't want to Fossil and get a full refund or exchange. For a refund, the item must be new and unused, and it must come with a return detail page and a return shipping label that were made on fossil.com.
Embossed or personalized items cannot be returned. You also cannot return gift cards or e-gift cards, though cards with a value of less than $10 may be redeemed in-store for cash.
