Got a pair of tactical pants that took over 3 weeks to arrive, along with multiple calls chasing status. When they finally showed up at my mail box, I'd already moved and never got them. Plus they charged way more than other retailers. When I contacted them about the shipping delays, they basically acted like they didn't care. This is hands down the worst company I've ever bought from.

Tried ordering a rucksack to buy several for my gym facility upstate, and ran into major frustration. There was a new customer discount available that I missed by about 10 minutes when placing my order. Called customer service to ask if they'd apply it, but got a flat no. They claimed it was in the fine print of the confirmation email. I requested a cancellation since that option was listed in the same email, figuring I'd reorder with the discount. The rep said they couldn't cancel because the order was already being processed. This made no sense since I'd literally just placed it 10 minutes earlier. When I asked for a supervisor, things got worse. She refused to help and told me I'd need to wait for the rucksack to arrive and then return it with a $7.50 restocking fee. This whole interaction left me really disappointed with their customer service approach.

This is unacceptable. Placed an order for a raincoat in early February and didn't receive it until late August. The delivery time was terrible and the customer service was even worse.

Ordered shoes over two weeks ago and got stuck in frustration. A representative claimed my address didn't match my credit card, which wasn't true at all. My card got charged anyway, and the rep also lied about that. Right after hanging up, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and a refund would be processed. This company is completely unprofessional with zero communication skills. Stay away.

The items are good quality and prices are fair, but I've got a real issue with their shipping times. I placed an order on August 29th for something that showed as in stock, yet it didn't ship until September 3rd. They're way too slow getting orders out the door.
