Honestly, this company has serious issues. I placed my order mid-May and heard nothing for weeks. The site just kept saying 'inventory assigned' with zero updates. I called multiple times and waited over an hour each time just to get someone on the line. Sent four emails and got nothing back. When I finally got through to someone after forever on hold, he said my order was delayed and would take another couple weeks. I asked him to cancel it right there and he confirmed it was cancelled. But here we are a week later and it STILL shows the same status on their system. The charge dropped from my card, but I'm seriously questioning if they actually cancelled anything. I have no idea how this place is even operational.
