My delivery arrived fast and everything was packaged well. Really satisfied with the copper hammered hose pot I ordered.

Ordered some Canna bulbs and they showed up fairly quickly, but man the quality was disappointing. The bulbs looked small and desiccated, with some rotting spots visible. Went ahead and planted them anyway but I'm not optimistic about how they'll perform. Will check back in a few weeks to see if anything develops.

Received a notification recently that my order is finally on its way. In the email they explained that software problems in their warehouse during peak season created some serious delays. They're working through backlog now and shipping orders from late spring. Glad it's finally happening.

The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. My order was supposed to arrive in about a week but it's been three weeks and nothing. Can't reach anyone by phone because the wait times are insane (over an hour!), and emails just disappear into a black hole. Plus their support team only works 8 to 4:30 on weekdays. What about those of us with regular jobs? I spent $148 and got nothing but frustration. Don't shop here.

Honestly, this company has serious issues. I placed my order mid-May and heard nothing for weeks. The site just kept saying 'inventory assigned' with zero updates. I called multiple times and waited over an hour each time just to get someone on the line. Sent four emails and got nothing back. When I finally got through to someone after forever on hold, he said my order was delayed and would take another couple weeks. I asked him to cancel it right there and he confirmed it was cancelled. But here we are a week later and it STILL shows the same status on their system. The charge dropped from my card, but I'm seriously questioning if they actually cancelled anything. I have no idea how this place is even operational.

This business has really gone downhill. Why is it taking over a month just to get a single item? There's basically no communication unless you're the one cancelling your order, which itself takes forever to arrange. They talk about being employee-owned but clearly something's broken internally. I've been coming here for ages but I'm out of patience dealing with their problems.

My purchase never made it to me. Communication is non-existent - no response to emails and can't get through on the phone. I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank to stop the charge. How are they still operating?

I ordered one macramé hanging planter shelf but the shipment included two units. Before reaching out to them, I double-checked my billing to make sure I wasn't charged twice. When I called customer service, the rep was incredibly helpful and said they wouldn't bill me for the extra one. Apparently it would be more expensive to have me return it, so they let me keep it at no charge. Really appreciate that!

The 8 inch pound-in edging is fantastic. The rubber mallet I picked up was a great addition too. Installation is pretty straightforward UNLESS you hit tree roots or woody plant root systems in the ground. Definitely have a pair of pruners nearby when you start!

Quality stuff and the pricing is solid. We had an awesome time with our raised bed setup this year, so we grabbed another one as a gift for my sister!
