As a left-handed female golfer still learning the game, it's really tough finding L flex left-handed clubs at decent prices. This place is one of my regular stops because they've got a bigger selection and their condition rating system is better than most shops out there. The clubs I've bought marked as 'very good' sometimes look practically new when they show up. I recently traded some clubs in and the process was simple with fair pricing. The staff always gets back to me quick and is helpful. They're definitely one of my go-to spots for golf gear.

I'd been looking at some irons on their site for weeks and finally made the purchase. Didn't realize I'd be charged in USD and hit with shipping and tax on the shipping too. Why would I order from the American side and pay those extra fees? The customer service rep confirmed I went through the American site and at least refunded my shipping, but this whole thing was frustrating. Probably skip them in the future.

The trade in program here feels like a bait and switch to me. I've been trading clubs with the major names like Callaway Pre Owned, Global Golf and 2nd Swing for years without problems, but this will be my one and only time with these guys. They advertise strong trade values plus a bonus, which looked great when I was picking out a driver. I carefully packaged and shipped my used driver in basically like new condition. After I got my new driver, two weeks go by and I see my trade was rejected with zero explanation. When I asked what happened, they said there was a crack in the head, which makes no sense since there wasn't one when I packed it securely. Bottom line, don't bother trying to trade with them. Stick with the established brands because these folks seem like they're just winging it.

Had a really bad experience here. Bought a new fairway wood and when it arrived the box was torn up and the club was smashed. Called and emailed multiple times but got no response. Had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. Not worth ordering from them. Their customer service is pretty weak.

Picked up a putter from them with some extra buyer protection since they're not a huge name in the US market. Turns out they're completely legit and a genuine shop. Placed my order late Friday and it showed up Monday morning, well packaged and everything. Definitely would buy from them again.

The sales team didn't really know their stuff. Got shoes that were the wrong size so I called to return them and was told it's final sale. Nothing on the website when I bought them said anything about that. This was my first and last order here. Golf Avenue should either change this policy or make it crystal clear at checkout.

Had an issue with a damaged driver on delivery but they replaced it without any hassle. All good now.
