These kinds of discounts are pretty standard for them and I've taken advantage of them several times in the past.
Bought 14 amaryllis bulbs as gifts for different people. Out of the 14, four were bad. I reached out to customer service, sent pictures, and they shipped replacements. But for one person, they sent two replacement bulbs and both turned out to be defective too. You really can't trust the quality of their products. I've had good experiences with them before, so this is disappointing. I won't be using them again for my Christmas gifts next year because I don't want to deal with all the problems and frustration.

I ordered four or five months earlier and understood shipping wouldn't happen until fall. However, I got no notification when they actually shipped. Since bulbs should be stored cool and dry, receiving them while I was on vacation was a problem. They sat on my driveway for two weeks baking in the sun. I asked for replacements but got no answer back. My suggestion is to shop elsewhere. I'd leave them zero stars if I could and definitely won't recommend them or purchase from them again.
Got the wrong dahlia tubers delivered. I placed an order for 4 different dahlia varieties back in May. The tubers came in labeled pouches, so I planted them carefully and marked each one according to the labels. When they finally grew and flowered, I realized none of them matched what the labels said. Plus, two of the plants weren't even what I had ordered in the first place. They basically threw random tubers into bags and called it done. I'll never order from them again. Also had to remove myself from their mailing list because they were sending emails constantly throughout the day.

My real issue is that my vines never came and I heard nothing about them. I finally called and was told they're filling pre-orders right now, which is fair. This company is just as bad as, if not worse than, their sister company. Both are run by the same people and both have terrible customer service. I placed an order in January for Giant Black Elephant Ears. Three months later in April, I finally got two bulbs. One was completely rotten, the other was okay. I got a refund for the bad one but couldn't get a replacement. The second bulb did grow, but it turned out to be a green variety even though the package said it was black. I got a refund for that too, but I'd been waiting since January and had already prepared a spot for them in my yard. These companies don't care about sending you what you paid for. They keep sending out rotten bulbs and wrong items on purpose. Then you have to jump through hoops with their awful customer service, proving they messed up and basically begging to get anywhere. Don't deal with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered bulbs that were supposed to arrive Sunday and never got them. I tried calling but hit their voicemail. When they called me back, the woman said the emails were coming through Google and not them, which made no sense, and my package would arrive in September instead. When I told her that was ridiculous she actually laughed at me. Then she said they never sent me any emails and my order confirmation and delivery info were sent by Google instead. Nobody seems to be managing this place and I'm waiting for them to call back.
