I'd give this a negative rating if I could. Used them before without problems, but this time I paid for a full length class that ended way early. Wasted over five hours listening to an instructor who apparently had no real construction background and was super condescending. Then I tried to rewatch parts but the timer froze. Customer service was a mess. Early reps were okay but later ones got rude and argumentative, claiming I rushed through it when that's impossible. Never getting those hours back.

I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I'm a licensed contractor and signed up for what was supposed to be a full length course, but got cut short with hours remaining and learned nothing from an instructor who clearly didn't know the material. When I contacted support about the timer getting stuck, I got inconsistent answers and pushback from a rude rep who contradicted what others told me. The whole situation was frustrating and I shouldn't have wasted all that time.

Seriously impressed with how well this course is put together. The teaching is clear and knowledgeable, the videos are great, and I felt totally prepared. Everything about it exceeded my expectations.
