Happy costumer

I purchased a Keurig coffee maker in February 2025 about 8 months later it stop working. I contacted the Keurig’s costumer service and within a week I received a replacement. Their costumer service representatives were polite and caring.

I have the K145 Office Pro and I have…

I have the K145 Office Pro and I have had mine for 5 years and it was used when I acquired it. I have thoroughly enjoyed it! Never have I had any problems with it besides once or twice it only filled the cup halfway, which in such a long time of owning, is excellent. I change the filter every 3-4 months and I usually make 2 or 3 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea a day. I know it probably won't last forever but when that day comes that it quits working, I definitely will be buying another one!

My Keurig broke after a short amount of time but was replaced with ease!

My Keurig broke after about 5 months of use which is obviously devastating being an avid coffee drinker! After doing some research I found they have a one year warranty! They replaced my broken Keurig for FREE!!! All I had to do was call Walmart they were able to track down my receipt and take a picture of the QR code on the back of my machine! I couldn’t be more thankful for their help! I called customer support they were very apologetic and walked me through putting in my order!! I am really just so grateful it is such a relief I didn’t have to find the money to purchase a new machine! After this experience I have nothing but good things to say for them. Unfortunately I wouldn’t have to have gone through this process if my first one didn’t break but mistakes happen and they sure made up for it in the end!

K-Duo Coffee Maker

I talked to three supervisors Links, John and Marisol and I’m going to tell you they were all good , Links and John gave me a new coffee maker and still it didn’t work so they sent me another one and that one didn’t work and then I got Marisol and she was absolutely awesome. We picked out a totally different coffee maker. I got the K duo plus by Keurig it’s beautiful , it takes ground coffee. I’ve already made 2 cups of single serve and I just this morning made a carafe. I went out. I came back. My coffee was already nice and hot. It’s delicious. Marisol should be rewarded or given some kind of a raise or promotion. She’s phenomenal, Links and John gave me two packages of ground coffee so I’m very happy with the Keurig family and I’ll do business with them for as long as I’m alive and I’m 81 years old.Thank You Keurig Family.

I had a wonderful experience with customer support when I called in. The rep was super helpful, calm, patient, and very respectful. I had an issue with my Frother and the rep attempted to help me troubleshoot it and unfortunately did not work. She was able to resolve the issue and have it replaced. I appreciate the great customer service and ability to resolve the issue generously and professionally. Keurig! You have earned a life long customer. My water reservoir started leaking and I called keurig customer service ans they were amazing they are actually sending me a new reservoir no charge no shipping fees I will definitely be calling them for all my Keurig needs

Good support service

My Keurig stopped functioning after 3 months. Costumer support was prompt to respond and understanding. After submitting the required information, I received a rejection notice. However the support staff patiently explained what was missing and showed me how to correct the issue. In no time I received a replacement. There was never a wait time when i called.

Great experience

Unfortunately, the water reservoir for my Keurig K cup coffee maker was leaking. I contacted Keurig customer service, and was pleasantly surprised and how helpful the individual I spoke with was. Within a week, there was a new water reservoir at my front door. It's comforting to know that there are still companies that care about customer service.

Replacement Received 😊

I gave a bad review a few days ago regarding my replacement being shipped when only the shipping label had been printed. Well I must say, I’m impressed because I received the replacement Keurig today. I called them on 9/13 to left them know the Keurig stopped working and I received it tonight 9/16. I am happy. I will have my coffee ☕️ in the morning if all goes well either the replacement.

Excellent Customer Service

My Keurig machine broke so I went online to try to fix it. After watching many videos and trying everything, I called Keurig to ask for help - their number was very easy to find on their website, and there was also an online chat. This makes a HUGE difference as most companies lead users to "troubleshooting" web pages that are useless, and offer zero human contact.When I called, the woman I spoke to was super courteous, bright, apologetic, and helpful. She didn't need to ask too many questions, and quickly sent a replacement machine free of charge. This makes me know that when I buy a Keurig under warranty, they are quick to replace.I only wish I had gone to the Keurig site first when googling "Keurig machine broken", instead of wasting time watching amateur videos online to fix it. Keurig should own the SEO for these searches so people don't waste time watching amateur, old product videos with mounting frustration.
