Bought a Magpul shotgun pad for $13.35 and got slapped with a $13.94 shipping and handling charge. I literally paid more to ship the thing than to buy it. That's excessive and clearly not just the actual postage cost.

I was interested in purchasing a HK Elite that's supposedly available on their site, but turns out they don't actually have it. I spent time chatting with their support and trying to work through the online ordering system, which thankfully wouldn't even let me pay. I asked if someone could call me back to help sort it out. That callback never happened. Not a great experience.

Their website claims products ship within 1 or 2 business days. That's completely false. I waited four days just for my order to start processing. When I asked about canceling, they told me it takes 5 to 7 days to ship and hit me with a 10% restocking fee, despite the fact that they hadn't actually done anything yet to earn that fee. If you want your order in a reasonable timeframe, go somewhere else. Expecting a month-long wait with these guys.

I drove over three hours to their physical location because their website said they had a lever action rifle in stock. I needed it for a competition coming up that weekend. Frustrated, I decided to become an online customer. Three months later after they charged my card, still no rifle. When I called to check on it, the rep said it was shipping. I left it in their hands. Two weeks went by, nothing. I called back today asking for an update and she said the same thing: it's shipping. I pointed out that's what she said two weeks ago. Then she explains that they need to get another one in, wait for their turn with my order in the queue, and then it will ship. That's not how good customer service works.
