Absolutely terrible. I paid extra for rush shipping to make sure my order would arrive by Christmas, but right after my purchase I got notified it wouldn't show up until mid-January. Can't reach customer service and can't get the order cancelled either. Will never order from them again.

Had an okay experience overall, but the really long checkout lines at the store ended up making me late for my bus, which wasn't ideal.

Stay away from ordering with this company. When my items arrived, they sent the wrong sizes for what I ordered. Trying to get someone to actually talk to me about fixing the problem has been a nightmare.

The Locker Room location in Beachwood is seriously one of my go-to spots. Their selection of gear is impressive and you can find some solid deals. Brandon took great care of me and his custom work is top notch.

Lesson learned the hard way. Should have done my homework before ordering from this place. Grabbed a limited edition hoodie in early November and got a shipping notification for early December delivery. The promised date came and went with no package. Customer service kept saying it was a UPS issue, but UPS had no record of it ever reaching their facility. Finally got someone on the phone after weeks of back and forth, and they first insisted it had shipped, then admitted it was never even processed and the item was now out of stock. They offered a gift card which I declined, and eventually I did get my refund credited back within a couple business days.

Really disappointed with this retailer. I grabbed 4 hats that were on sale and placed my order, but they took my payment and then just cancelled the whole thing without any explanation. Still waiting to see my refund come through. Total waste of time and money, would not recommend.

Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. They're constantly misleading customers with lies and shady practices. Orders never arrive on time and there's basically no real tracking information. It's absolutely ridiculous. This company is dishonest from top to bottom and I'd steer clear.

The cap options and custom embroidery work are really good, but I wasn't particularly happy with their jersey offerings so that was a letdown.

Had a couple issues at first, but then I connected with Ruth who was absolutely fantastic. She put in real effort to solve my problems and treated me with so much kindness. That kind of dedicated customer service is pretty rare these days.
