Got most of my order pretty fast, but one part never actually shipped. Customer service keeps saying they'll check into it but I never hear back with any information. The whole order is stuck since I need that missing wheel hub component to use everything. Might update this if the situation improves once it shows up.

I had ordered a mouse online but needed to stop the shipment before it got here since my current one broke and I had to buy a replacement right away. Support told me to refuse the package, which I did. It got sent back to UPS in mid-July and has been sitting there ever since. I've made a ton of calls trying to get my refund but still nothing. All anyone tells me is they're looking into it. Customer service is basically nonexistent. I've decided I won't be buying from this brand again.

The actual products are fine but order through somewhere else instead. If you buy straight from them, you're looking at a minimum of a week wait, sometimes several weeks. Here's the trick they use: they advertise 2-5 day shipping at checkout, but that timer only counts once UPS picks it up. What they don't mention is that it takes them 5-7 days just to get it out of their warehouse first. So really you're waiting 7-12 days total. Plus you might run into additional delays on top of that. Go to a local tech retailer if you want to buy their stuff. It's faster than ordering direct.

Absolutely terrible. Their email support is nonresponsive and the web chat won't let you talk to an actual person. Definitely don't order from them. I waited 2 months for items that were supposedly available when I placed the order.

Don't bother trying to contact them through email or their web chat. The chat feature doesn't connect you with real people. Stay away from ordering directly from them. Items I bought were listed as in stock but took 2 months to arrive instead of the promised few days.

This company is hands-down the worst experience I've had with any manufacturer. Their products fall apart quickly, customer service basically doesn't exist, and they break their promises left and right. I bought their stuff expecting rapid shipping and real support afterward. Instead I got weeks of delays, robot responses, and a team that didn't want to help. When the broken items eventually showed up, things got even worse. They refused to take responsibility and used threats about shipping liability to intimidate me, which is completely wrong. The real story is they put all their money into advertising and sponsoring content creators while treating regular customers like garbage. Those perfect 5-star reviews you see? Those only happen because influencers get free stuff and special treatment. The rest of us get ignored and left with defective products. Find something else to buy. If there's a problem, and there will be, you'll be sorry. They only care about profits.

This application is really annoying to use. I have the gaming keyboard and depend on the programmable keys for shortcuts in my coursework. The software stopped working right and now those keys get stuck in a repeating pattern, which is messing up my productivity. I set everything up to save to onboard memory, which should let me use the keys even if the app fails. I've already reinstalled the required files and the software 7 separate times. If you're thinking about buying from Logitech G, reconsider. The software isn't worth the hassle.

I really do like the hardware from Logitech G, but the software is another story. The G Hub application is absolutely dreadful and basically required if you want to use all the features. Just search online and you'll find that tons of people have been saying the same thing for years. If I'd known this beforehand, I would've gone with someone like Corsair or Steelseries instead.

Hands down the worst performing software I've experienced on PC. Eating up massive amounts of CPU resources on a high-end machine. Functionally the app wasn't bad, but it's completely impractical because of those terrible performance issues. Had to remove it from my system.

This is honestly one of the worst programs I've ever used on my computer. It was constantly hogging between 50-60% of my CPU even though my machine is top-tier. The features seemed fine but the program was basically unusable because of the performance problems. Ended up deleting it.

Keep getting an error when trying to open the G Hub software. Something about a missing file. Have reinstalled it way more than 10 times now and the problem won't go away.

Purchased a racing wheel with promised 1-2 day delivery. Still waiting after 5 days and they're telling me they haven't even sent it. This is my last time ordering anything online from this company.

Ordered a gaming wheel that was supposed to arrive within 1-2 days. Almost a week has gone by and the company hasn't even shipped it out yet. Really disappointed with how they handle online orders. Won't be shopping with them again.
