The pieces don't line up properly with each other. We tried troubleshooting steps we found online but nothing worked. When we asked for a replacement piece, what showed up was completely wrong. To make matters worse, it arrived without any hardware or cover. The customer service is really bad and the build quality is disappointing. I'm unhappy with this whole purchase.

The sactional itself works okay for us, but the Stealth Sound System we added for an extra cost has been nothing but trouble. The surround sound setup doesn't work like they promised, and it won't even do the surround features properly because audio is coming from the wrong speakers. We gave up trying to use it for movies and switched back to our old system. The sound system just looks good in the showroom but performs terribly at home. We also had to make multiple trips to the store because they delivered the wrong cover sizes initially, and the staff was nice enough to give us a complimentary tray out of sympathy.

Customer support quit responding after I mentioned that the pillow sac was advertised as being six feet three inches long but actually shrinks down to five foot five once it's in the cover. They basically said to remove some of the foam and that my custom cover was fine. I spent nine hundred fifty dollars and feel ignored. Really disappointed with Lovesac.

This company used to have a great reputation. We placed an order for three footsacs back in December and as of January we still haven't gotten them or any shipping confirmation. They don't respond to messages. Something has clearly changed with this business and they're no longer trustworthy or dependable. Potential buyers should be cautious.

What I love is that I could buy it piece by piece as my living space grew from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. I also grabbed their PillowSac Accent Chair in black and it's absolutely fantastic. Customer service has been quick and helpful the two times I needed them for referral discounts, and they honored both requests. I also appreciate their five percent discount for heroes like nurses and teachers. I'm seriously obsessed with Lovesac and can't wait to keep adding to my collection as I get more room.

They said it only involved a handful of pegs. The thing arrived in a dozen boxes with zero instructions. It took two of us four hours just to figure it out and assemble everything. I do like the couch itself, but I would never recommend buying from a company that's this dishonest.

We're barely six months in and my hips are already hurting from the pressure.

They told us assembly would be simple but it absolutely wasn't. They did offer to send us packing materials for a return at no cost, but that would mean taking it all apart again and getting it to a shipping location. We won't buy from them again unless they add delivery and assembly service. It was an expensive piece of furniture and we're not satisfied with it.

This whole thing made me check their reviews, which I should've done first.

The actual covers and cushions are fantastic. The thing is, putting everything together is really tedious and frustrating. They make it sound like changing the layout is easy, but it's not. Same thing with washing covers. And here's a fun fact they don't tell you: if you attach the side pieces first, nothing will fit together right. We wasted hours trying to figure out what we were doing wrong. For an eight thousand dollar couch, assembly is a nightmare. That said, when you finally get it set up, the actual couch is great.

This has to be the worst sixty five hundred dollar purchase I've made. It looks frumpy and ugly once you actually sit on it.
