The red shopping baskets were missing too. There was one lonely basket, but it wouldn't come out of its holder so I had to drag it with me. I mentioned this to a manager and he seemed completely oblivious to the problem, just wandering around the produce section with no clue. When I finished checking out, suddenly there were roughly ten red baskets sitting by the exit. This looks intentional, like management hides the smaller carts and baskets on holidays and weekends to force shoppers into the big carts. That's pretty ridiculous. Also no greeter on duty, which I normally see here.

Terrible experience. The floor is messy with stock sitting scattered around the aisles everywhere. The workers are incompetent. Management treats customers like criminals and has zero respect for people with disabilities. It's clear they couldn't care less about serving certain groups of customers.

I was mortified and tried to return something, but the manager said they'd need to reverse the entire charge. I stopped them because if my card is already maxed out and they put the hold back on, the second payment would definitely fail. I messed up not bringing a backup card, but I was stuck. After an uncomfortable moment, the cashier named Schynitha quietly excused herself, walked over and used her own credit card to cover the remaining amount.

Just place your order online, swing by to grab it, and you're all set. They handle fresh produce selection exceptionally well too. This is honestly the only shopping service I'd ever recommend to anyone.
