I shop with Misfits Market every week and they're a really good company. They handle things fairly and bend over backwards to help when you need it. My only quibble is that deliveries usually show up on the later side of the day. Otherwise there's not much to criticize.

Strawberries were crushed and leaking juice everywhere, buns were ruined, and the milk carton wasn't packed properly which made it warm and the carton bulged. I called them right away. They immediately credited my account for everything and explained what measures they'd take internally to stop this from happening. Excellent customer service. Very pleased with how they made it right.
