Went into the Crawley store looking for a tailored pink dress shirt. The two staff members working that day were incredibly attentive. They took measurements, let me try things on, and even let me test a tie with the shirt since the neck was snug but the rest fit perfectly. Walked out with a great shirt and some pink socks too. Those two employees are real assets to the business. Other shops could definitely learn something from how they treat customers.

If I had a customer service role to fill, she'd be exactly the kind of person I'd want. My suit showed up at the store in just four days. They also do their own alterations work, and I had them adjust my trousers since I was between sizes. The turnaround on that was really quick too. Great quality items and great team. I'd shop there again without hesitation.

The service from John was truly exceptional. We almost didn't stop by, but decided to pop in for prom suits. John spent about an hour and a half making sure my son got exactly what he was looking for in every detail. It was a memorable experience for all of us. The suit turned out fantastic, but honestly the customer care we got was the real standout. Really grateful for that.

Really disappointed with my Moss purchase. Ordered 10 items during the holiday sale and most of them still haven't shown up. Their team can't seem to locate the orders or help me get replacements or my money back. The customer support people gave me incorrect tracking info and contradictory answers. Would've been better off ordering from a different retailer. Now I'm stuck and have to pay full price somewhere else to get what I actually needed.

Got a cashmere pullover and washed it exactly how the tag said to, being careful since I know how sensitive that fabric is. Even after drying it properly, it stretched out and now it's ruined. I reached out to customer service but they basically said it was too late since I'd had it a while. Where's the customer care at Moss these days? They used to be known for it, but now it feels like they're just cutting corners everywhere. UPDATE: They commented on my review with generic language about sharing feedback, but it doesn't really address the problem.
