Placed my order on the sixteenth and expected delivery by the nineteenth. Talked to customer service and they said I should have noticed an email about a delay because they dated the order the seventeenth. But I was going off the original date given to me and trusted the confirmation I saw. The rep made it seem like my bad for relying on their emails instead of reading every detail. They should highlight in bold exactly when your order will actually arrive.

Grabbed two boxes from a discount store because of the deal. Don't let the packaging trick you though, these cookies are super tiny. Open it up and they're wrapped up real tight taking up maybe a quarter of the box. One bite and they're gone. Total ripoff.

My package arrived completely empty. Asked for my money back but all I get is silence. Nobody's getting back to me at all.

The company claims they were delivered but won't give me tracking proof from the carrier, and the carrier says the business needs to provide that info. I'm out the money with nothing to show for it. Put in an online order on the eleventh expecting it to arrive on the fifteenth based on what the site said at checkout. Got an email confirming the order number. By the delivery date I checked and found out it was never even confirmed, let alone shipped. Emailing for help is pointless. Called customer service and waited thirty minutes just to get told an agent would escalate it and email me back at some point. Honestly don't think this order will make it before the holiday season.

Terrible to work with for fundraising. My cookies never shipped and I had to chase them down to figure out why. They said something about not delivering to businesses but never told me upfront. It's been over two months now and still waiting. Their support team is useless.

Got a cheese and tomato sandwich from a location at the airport and it came out flat as a pancake. The bread was burnt and barely had any cheese in it. Paid almost nine dollars for that. Any shop charging more than five dollars for a toasted sandwich should be using decent bread like ciabatta, not cheap thin white bread that turns into a pancake when pressed.

Awful experience with this company. Good luck reaching anyone by phone. I tried to track an order because I entered the wrong email initially. First wait was 40 minutes just to speak to someone. Called back trying another department, got told 24 minutes to wait. Called again and now it says 26 minutes with fewer callers ahead, which makes no sense. I'm furious. Their customer service is bottom tier. Been on hold for ages watching the wait times go up instead of down.

Ordered multiple times for myself and friends. They use the cheapest shipping option but charge huge fees on top. Everything arrived overheated because it was sitting in hot UPS warehouses and delivery vans with no air conditioning. The customer service people are incredibly disrespectful. Spent over two hundred dollars for a really bad experience. As an older person with mobility issues, I expect better treatment. Never coming back here again. Customers should know what they're getting into.
