Orthofeet offers an industry-leading 60-Day Wear Test on all shoes and insoles purchased directly from Orthofeet.com. If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of the purchase date, you can return or exchange the item for a full refund. Note that the exchange limit is set to one (1) exchange per order.
Return shipping is free when using the official Returns and Exchanges Portal, though customers in Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) will incur a $15 return fee. Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back.
