Been playing Raid for three years straight. This game keeps evolving with fresh updates and the events are genuinely fun to participate in. Never felt like the company abandoned it or lost interest. Most studios don't stick with their games the way you folks do. Really impressed with the commitment.

Plarium completely ignores their player base. There's someone in our kingdom who constantly insults and harasses other players, but whenever someone stands up to them, Plarium hands out warnings to the victims instead. Tons of frustrated players have left the game after reporting this person with zero results. It's clear the company doesn't care about player safety or fairness, only pushing people to spend more cash.

After investing significant time, I'll be honest: don't touch RAID if you're not ready to drop serious cash just to stay competitive, much less actually progress. This goes way beyond pay-to-win territory - it's pay-to-compete at minimum, sometimes even pay-to-keep-playing. You're getting hammered with purchase offers constantly and the whole economy is rigged toward people spending real money. Free players basically can't enjoy the complete game or maintain relevance long term. The summoning mechanics are broken too. Getting duplicate champions within days isn't just unlucky - it's suspicious. But whenever players bring this up, the devs shrug and say it's RNG with zero transparency or actual numbers. Just the same deflection every time. The game's also packed with bugs that don't get fixed and support just copy-pastes generic responses that completely miss the point. They claim they'll pass feedback to development but years go by and nothing changes, especially around fair mechanics and pulls. Bottom line: glitchy, money-hungry, and completely dishonest about how things actually work.

Steer clear of their titles. This company cares about nothing except extracting money from players. The games are designed unfairly. Mech Arena forces you to battle overpowered bots repeatedly until you buy premium stuff. Power creeping is their specialty - whenever new content drops, older features become completely obsolete. Their support is nonexistent. Skip these games entirely. Total waste of your time and energy.

Plarium's customer support has practically disappeared, making it impossible to get issues addressed. Meanwhile, the Sparta game is being flooded with automated Russian group accounts and Plarium won't lift a finger to do anything about it.

The support department is absolutely awful. Please don't throw your money at this company like I did. You'll regret it immediately.

The support team here is terrible. Don't spend your money on this. I made that mistake and wouldn't do it again for anything.

Don't invest your time or cash here. I lost access to one of my accounts because I couldn't locate the original email from years back, and they basically confiscated everything I'd built and spent. I handed over my IP address, multiple email accounts, my streaming profiles and everything else they asked for. Somehow it still wasn't sufficient. Other major streamers on their own platform managed to recover their accounts with way less documentation, so if you're not feeding enough money into their pockets they'll just destroy you without hesitation.

The Plarium Play platform on PC has a major flaw where you can't actually log out. It's incredibly frustrating and causes real problems when switching between your phone and computer accounts. You end up locked out of your phone account entirely. Given that Plarium is fundamentally a gambling operation disguised as a game company, this doesn't surprise me. They're parasites, plain and simple.

Raid shadow legends plays great until you need help from support. Would give it 8.5 stars for gameplay but negative infinity for how they handle customer issues.

I put four years into RSL. Yeah, I know about the sketchy stuff they pull, but if you're spending money at least keep the game balanced and deliver actual fresh content instead of half-baked characters nobody asked for. Where's the fun here? Money itself isn't entertaining. I pay for entertainment but I get nothing back. You want me to buy energy AND grind night and day just to get one champion? So I'm supposed to spend AND work for free? The new competitive arena is exactly what players dreaded - whoever spends more wins automatically. Endgame level 100 players are facing newbies at level 60 with barely a handful of upgraded champions. I'm dead serious. They're the worst gaming company in existence, the worst developers imaginable. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror working there. If anyone asked what I did for work, I'd say unemployed because that'd basically be accurate. Worse than EA, Activision, or Blizzard combined. Those companies at least put out content even if it's empty.

This gaming platform is fantastic because it offers tons of games and the best part is most don't cost you anything at all. As someone who loves gaming, I jump at chances to try new stuff from studios I've never heard of before. The nice thing about Plarium is they've also got titles from major developers. With this service available, you might forget the outside world exists, haha.

Entered a promotional code that didn't work? Don't expect Plarium support to help you out, especially not for their flagship game. I put in a valid code back in spring, got nothing, and support kept insisting I hadn't used it during an active window - which was false. Plarium support simply doesn't care about fixing your problems. They only want your money while treating you like garbage.
