Plenty of choices for different types of hotel packages - UK destinations, weekend city trips, and European vacations. We used our 2 night voucher to stay at a spa resort in Benidorm and had an excellent time. It was really simple to book, and the hotel was wonderful when we reached out about extending one more night. They had all our information from the booking and couldn't have been nicer. Would absolutely buy one of these vouchers again.

I'm updating my earlier review from March regarding an experience I received as a Christmas gift in December. When we tried booking online, we found out that particular experience wasn't available and were told to select something different instead. Since we wanted that specific experience, we couldn't move forward, and contacting the company directly seemed difficult. A negative review ended up getting immediate attention, and ultimately the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. While the company should really make it easier for customers to reach them and should offer refunds when promised experiences aren't available without requiring a public complaint, I do appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled our case once contact was made. The website itself is excellent and the ordering process is straightforward. Just please make your customer service easier to access.
