Never again! This company has now become entirely incompetent. To make matters worse, their new mailing vendor, UniUni, is entirely dysfunctional. One order very delayed and another not arriving at all! Quality of products have plummeted since they used to sell at Costco. Bummer.

32 Degrees has gotten terrible! The shipping carrier they use to save money (UniUni) operates like DoorDash and the drivers steal your order. Customer service I’d also useless unless you get VERY angry. I’ve had to file chargebacks to get my money back for The orders that were stolen. Everyone I know has boycotted this company and is no longer a customer of theirs.

I have purchased many items for myself and my husband at Costco and directly from 32 Degrees. All have been great, super comfortable and some have held up for many years.

I placed an order on 12/18/2025 and paid for "expediated shipping" which said "2-4 business days". Even got an email that stated the items had shipped on the 18th. I did NOT receive the items until December 26, so they did not make it in time for Christmas. Very dissappointed (and mad), since i PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING! Had i known the items would not be received in time for Christmas i would have just used the free shipping. I don't think i will purchase from this company again. Very dissapointed in this transaction.

I was given a 32 degree vest for as a gift. I was not a home and needed to pack the gift. This meant leaving the box and the much need order number. It seem with out this number no returns can be make. This number is not on the merchandise but is necessary to complete any communication with 32degrees. So if you have a product that may or may not be defective make sure you maintain the order number. This number is not located on the garment. This product was defective.

Terrible customer service. Ordered clothing and one pocket was left unsewed. Customer service notified over the weekend, responded the following week and said they because I hadn't kept the paper tag I was ineligible to return it (I had worn the item before realizing a pocket was unsewn). I had only asked to return for another item that was functional, not for my money back. Ridiculous statement from them, they told me they were escalating my request, 3 days later the ticket was closed without a response.Have spent hundreds with them over the years, but for this kind of response on a $14.99 item they lost my future business.

Don’t ever place an order and ask for anything afterwards. I had forgotten to add a ‘free tote’ offer so I emailed customer service to add it to my order. Instead they cancelled my entire order!! 😡 Now I’m reading reviews that their quality has gone downhill.

I want to share my experience with 32 Degrees, because many of the negative reviews seem to be related not to the company or their products, but to the shipping carrier UniUni.If you choose expedited shipping (FedEx), you can completely avoid the hassle people are complaining about. That made all the difference for me.Their customer service has been wonderful—responsive, helpful, and professional. The quality of the items is very good, especially for the price, and this is the same brand that’s trusted and sold at Costco, which says a lot.Bottom line:✔️ Quality products✔️ Great customer service✔️ Choose FedEx expedited shipping and you’ll have a smooth experienceI’ll definitely continue ordering from them.

They have HORRIBLE customer service! I was sent dirty shoe laces on a shoe I ordered. They refused to send me more laces.
