when my item arrived it had two stains in the middle of the jacket and looked like it had already been worn.

Quick quick refund on faulty product
I love the quality of my sweats and zip up! So I ordered a crewneck to go with them. I tried it on and the stitching along the bottom would not lay flat and was rippled. I contacted them via Instagram and was issued a refund within minutes of submitting the info they required! Very happy with their customer service. Faye and I think it was Andrew were very helpful.
