I had a question regarding my account and reached out to their support team. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded.The communication was clear, respectful, and solution oriented throughout the entire process. You can tell that they genuinely care about their users and take requests seriously.This experience made the company appear very trustworthy and professional in my eyes. I found the app very powerful
I found the app very powerful, intuitive, and genuinely helpful for creating ads. The platform made it much easier to generate professional-looking creatives quickly, and I can see its value for businesses that are ready to invest in advertising.Although my company is not yet at the stage where we can actively run ads, my experience with the app was positive, and I would definitely consider using it again in the future when we are ready to scale our marketing efforts.

I’ve been using AdCreative.ai to handle the visual side of my digital product campaigns, and it’s honestly been a huge time-saver. When you're constantly testing different SaaS platforms and running performance marketing campaigns, you need creatives fast. The AI does an excellent job of generating multiple high-quality variations for A/B testing, and the designs actually focus on conversions.What they are doing really well is streamlining the design process so you can scale campaigns without needing a full-time graphic designer. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because, while the AI is impressive, sometimes the text overlays need a little manual tweaking to look perfect. Overall, a highly effective tool that genuinely speeds up the workflow.

Don't trust this company !!!!!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with AdCreative.ai.I signed up for what I believed was a free trial, and I made sure to cancel my subscription before the 7-day trial period ended. However, the cancellation process was unclear and hidden behind additional steps, including a survey.Despite this, I was charged around $339 without clearly confirming or agreeing to a paid subscription. I also did not receive any clear email notification that my account would be converted into a paid plan.As a student, this is a significant amount of money, especially since I barely used the service.I have contacted support and requested a full refund. While they said it is being processed, I am concerned due to many similar experiences reported by other users.In my opinion, the lack of transparency around pricing, automatic renewal, and the cancellation process is misleading.I hope the company improves its practices and handles refund requests fairly.

Outstanding customer support
I missed my trial cancellation deadline, but the support team (shoutout to Elena!) was incredibly helpful and understanding. They manually canceled my subscription and cleared the invoices. Great platform and even better people. Highly recommended!
