ADP is probably the absolute worst…

ADP is probably the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. They have no idea about what is going on with 401k plans they hold.

STAY AWAY FROM ADP PLATFORMS!!!

We were a client of ADP WFN since 2014 and changed to another HRIS platform in July 2025. Due to this transition we discovered ADP failed to tax a fringe benefit for NJ. In August we requested Q1 & Q2 amendments and WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THESE! It's been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them! The initial assigned ADP rep prolonged sending our information for months, then the amendment team in INDIA proceeds to contact me at the END of the work day due to time zone! THEY STILL HAVE NOT PROCESSED OUR AMENDMENTS!!! SIX MONTHS AND COUNTING! This was escalated and they haven't done anything to get this taken care of! DO NOT USE ADP! What ONCE was the leading company for payroll has become the WORST!! They went Global and don't care about the rest of their clients with US payrolls.

I have been with ADP for 5 years never…

I have been with ADP for 5 years never had any issues. Now I’m discovering they illegally signed my company up for services that we didn’t ask for. And when I try to stop it, I’m getting a runaround then they messed up my payroll and I’ve been on the phone for two weeks trying to fix it. They were supposed to be paying my taxes out of the funding that they are taking out of my payroll and my account is being deducted from workforce even though ADP is claiming they’re paying it. The worst customer service ever. I’m definitely looking for somebody else..

Horrible and incompetent service

Horrible and incompetent service. Simple things like having access to a W-2, only 2022 is available, worked with the company using ADP from 2019-2026. Where are the other years. How do you talk to a human, don't know, can't find any.

Stay Away from ADP

We started with ADP in 2024 and it went from bad to worse. Implementation was a disaster, our system still does not work correctly and customer support is a complete nightmare. We keep being "escalated" further up the chain, currently to a Quality Assurance and Loyalty Consultant. She came on a couple months ago with all kinds of promises, there has been zero improvements or issues resolved. Customer support people call or email every few weeks and I have to explain the issue all over again only for them to have to take it to such and such and get back to me. Then another person will call or email and have it totally confused again. We have one issue (which is a pretty easy fix), that has been going on since 2024!They have way too much business and a lack of well trained customer support personnel.

ABSOLUTE JOKE

ABSOLUTE JOKE, worst customer service ever. We switched to ADP late in the year, gave them all the documents they requested (we only have one employee on payroll). they messed up the W2 and now 4 weeks later they still haven 't corrected it and are STILL asking for items they were already provided - RUN away FAST

ADP is absolute trash

ADP is absolute trash. Stay far away, no RUN away. When they mess up your payroll taxes (and they 1000% will) they give you every excuse as to why it's not messed up, even when you call the state yourself and find out why and tell them why, they still insist they are right and you are wrong. Absolute JOKE of a company and a NIGHTMARE to try and work with!

Horrible software and even worse customer service

Horrible payroll software, everything is set up as a background function that you can't adjust without ADP support. If an accumulator is wrong you can't see how its calculating. Complicated union standards are hard for them to accommodate. And a TD1-IN is almost impossible to set up properly with this software. They wanted me to set up a second position which wouldn't work because then I'd have to onboard and offboard the guy every time he changed job sites not to mention the tracking that needs to be done for union reporting that would be skewed across two positions. Speaking of which the reports department is pretty brutal too field grabbers are useless when you. Almost every support call goes like this: "oh I can't help you with that" or "no you can't do that on this software" but they'll transfer you to another department and now your 3 hours deep into this issue that should have maybe taken 20 minutes and its been 5 transfers and you ended up talking to the department you started with and now that person is saying they can totally help you. Does the support team know how the software works? Its almost life's biggest mystery at the moment. This has been my experience for the two years I have been dealing with this program.
