The absolute worst experience. Buyer BEWARE!!!In June of 2025 I bought a driving experience ($1000) for my son's 30th birthday that was to take place on January 4th, 2026 at Firebird Raceway in Chandler Arizona.On the scheduled event date the family and 10 of my son's friends head out to Firebird, guess what no event. No communication for Adrenaline of no event. First I called Adrenaline on Sunday afternoon, did not get an option to leave a message. Called Monday, explained what happened, was told someone would call back, WRONG radio silence, called today Jan 7th, was told refund was not an option, ask to speak to a manager, well that went into a rabbit hole. I spoke with the race vendor and at the time I booked the gift, was told 2026 dates had not been released....they pulled dates out of the dirty side to get my money???? In closing how can Adrenaline refuse a refund if the event was never scheduled to happen on Jan 4th? In all I'm out over $1400 (race package & sons airfare). I'm going to call Adrenaline one more time in hopes they will make it right, not holding my breath, before I call the family attorney. I will update progress. UPDATE: more lies? Nothing stated in their response is true. My credit card shows no refund and no email was received on October 7th.

We had an amazing flight! With our lovely pilot Ben, who was really friendly and explaining everything really nice :) we booked a 45 minutes flight and ended up with more than 60 minutes of unforgettable views and moments :) We felt safe and very well taken care of throughout the whole experience! Highly recommended.

My experience was a bit different. It was 5 o’clock the week before we were heading to Southlake Tahoe. My cousins are coming from New Jersey so I wanted to take the gondola up to the top of heavenly and I googled Tahoe tram I got the Palisade tram, which is on the other side of the lake, not realizing this and booked it for 300 and some odd dollars my husband pointed out. Wait a minute that’s on North Shore. So dummy me I panicked and I called this number at 5:30 at night thinking OK I just lost $300 because it was already taken out of my card. I left a voicemail and within five minutes a lovely gentleman that sounded like Keith Urban with his accent came on, called me down and immediately canceled the charge on my card said he completely understood. I would definitely book this tram when my husband and I are by ourselves and wanna take that drive around the lake I was totally appreciative and felt like I was working with a completely reputable company. Thank you again young man for helping me so late in the day.😉

Whilst visiting here. They allowed kids back in even tho They've been causing problems prior to our visit. We felt uncomfortable being here as saftey was a massive concern. Poor workers were left to deal with situations they Couldn't control while others workers watched from afar not helping with about 20 boys and girls getting rough with each other, leaving little children in the crossfire. They need to band people who cant follow rules as there making experience for others awful.

Dear [Adrenaline Customer Support],I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of transparency in your services. Despite following all due processes and speaking with customer support multiple times, I was never informed that I would not receive a full refund. The entire process was time-consuming, and at no point was this critical information disclosed to me.I also want to emphasize that I communicated my concerns to you within 24 hours of my booking, yet I was still denied a full refund. Additionally, I took the initiative to point out inaccuracies in the tour description and title, specifically the misleading inclusion of "Jurassic." Even the Safari tour provider confirmed that they had previously requested Adrenaline to correct these details. The tour provider was incredibly understanding and willing to issue a full refund, but they were unable to do so because my booking was made through Adrenaline.It is unacceptable that I am being penalized due to Adrenaline’s lack of clear communication and misleading descriptions. Given that I reached out within 24 hours and the error was on your part, I request a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further.I expect your prompt response and resolution.
