Below listed are the instructions I received to get a refund. You have to go through all of this and pay for the return, that's after you email them to approve the return. The service when trying to return…
The service when trying to return something is horrible. I had to ask 4 times before they would actually give me the link to the return portal. I would reply with option 4 and instead of them giving me the option to return they would try to provide me another option. this is annoying to the customer to have to wait days before you can get any resolve.
