Aiper have such good customer service…
Aiper have such good customer service that I would always recommend their products! I have had two Aiper pool robots now and both have been brilliant.

Poor battery life
The service from Aiper staff was good. The product is mediocre. After less than 2 years the battery of my Aiper Seagull Pro lite only lasts about 20 minutes. A pool needs a minimum of 1 hour cleaning for it to be in good condition. So not very satisfied with the product. We bought it in March 2023, there was an official recall of the product later and we sent it back ion October 2023, waited for a few weeks after going through the hassle of packing it and mailing it back to the factory. Received the new Aiper which worked perfectly fine but the battery doesn't last long enough to do a decent job. The warranty being calculated from the time of the initial purchase doesn't work. So very disappointing.

Onto my third machine in a year.
Onto my third machine in a year.Told them I needed my third machine asap as I needed to clean my pool in order to lease my property. It took two months. They were absolutely useless after sale. One leaf in the machine held the flap open and let all the captured material out. Pathetic product for the price. I bought a barracuda from Bunnings and it’s a far better product for $600. Only downside is it takes longer to charge. Don’t waste your money
