Great app
Great app. I always use it when I travel to America. The only issue is that you wether get data or whether get texts and minutes to call. And since I had an issue with my card being blocked, I could’ve really used having both data and texts in order to do my verification.

I bought the top package costing 80+…
I bought the top package costing 80+ EUR and it didn't worked a second. The "customer service" asked me two days in a row a bunch of details from the phone config and then said they couldn't refund the money, because the internet usage under the package was "huge". LOL. That's what's happens when business don't care. I have used the services all over the globe maybe 10x times, but from now... NEVER, it's about loyalty and customer experience, and not money.

Bought bandle for Lebanon, I have no connection , spent hours on whatsup to fix it. worked 2 days then stopped again. I am very disappointed about the service. and I haven't used all the credits.

Very good service - can not fault anything
I have used Airalo for a long time now .. I live and work in Vietnam.I have had zero issues using this service.. not one.I don’t mind paying a slight premium compared to others on the market because I have high quality and stable internet since the first day I have used it.I will continue to use this service.I highly recommend - very easy to install- very easy to use - very easy to roll over each month using this application.Many thanks Louis

Airalo's service was unreliable and…
Airalo's service was unreliable and their customer support was useless. I bought an Airalo eSIM for my trip throughEuropeand Morocco via Hong Kong and Singapore. The service got me through a four month trip but would constantly disconnect and, eventually, reconnect - with significant periods of time with no connection. I'd have to toggle airplane mode or restart my phone constantly to try and get a signal back - spending more time trying to get it to function than actually using my phone.Back in my home country, and with some months left to use my remaining data,the service continued to be erratic - as described above. Now, with over three Gb of data remaining, the service has stopped completely, and no amount of troubleshooting will get a connection going again. When I reached out to customer support, they were no help at all. Just generic troubleshooting steps that didn't solve anything. I wasted so much time trying to get it to work again. And Airalo didn't follow through on a promise to have a customer support person get in touch to solve the problem. Hopefully this review may spur them into action so that I can finally use the remaining 15% of the data that I paid for in the week that is remaining on my 12 month period.Certainly, I wouldn't recommend such and unreliable service from Airalo to anyone!
