Ordered a tm hicapa 4.3 alongside with it the 5.1 magazine by mistake and I contacted them and they made it right and changed it to a 4.3 magazine in a timely manner before the order was even shipped. 10/10

Wow!
I’ve now made multiple purchases from airsoft station and can confidently say that they are not only well priced and reliable, but the customer service is also absolutely amazing. I had a small problem with my initial purchase, went to their customer support, and was completely compensated without any hassle! Shin was the gentleman that reached out to me, and he gave me the response in less than 12 hours of my original email. Very reliable and helpful company! Order Issue with Resolution
I ordered quite of few items and was missing one. I sent an email providing proof of the missing item. The response time was extremely fast! The resolution time was extremely fast as well! I've never had issues with Airsoft Station and been a customer since 2020. Highly recommend ordering from them, and if you ever need help, emailing their support team has been the best experience.
