5 stars for my representative Meir in Chat!Transparency, honesty, and a willingness to take a little extra time, goes a long way and speaks a lot for a company. Meir was thorough in searching for ways to accommodate our unique scenario and explained every step clearly. Meir did a great job of expressing a "can do", "happy to help" attitude over the digital platform. I wasn't rushed for time, I wasn't left with questions or feeling that I needed to ask specifics. I hope the management appreciate these skills and that Meir has the ability and opportunity to teach others if needed, how to do the same. Thank you so much.

Horrible customer service & installation
I purchased a LG washer and dryer around July of 2025. They have a company deliver and hook up appliances. The 1st attempt to deliver, they brought a damaged washer. I refused it and they brought another. 1st question why would they bother delivering a damaged product. Waste of my time and theirs. A phone call or e-mail would have resolved that. On the 2nd delivery they installed both appliances. I didn’t get the app until recently and was notified cold water was installed incorrectly. I called AJ Madison’s and explained my dilemma. The person who answered in service department actually scoffed, when I asked if they would come back & hook up correctly. I was told, you have 48 hours to have them come back if there is a problem. I asked why they don’t honor their installations and was told a 3rd party does the installations and basically no recourse. I called LG and they gave me LG repair service near me. I made an appointment explaining only need to re-hook up cold water. The “tech” that came told me it was an HVAC problem. I am pretty savvy when it comes to troubleshooting. You could see by where the rubber hoses were placed it was wrong. I had to pay that person, because when I complained they blamed AJ Madison!! Whaat?? I finally found a real plumber and not only was it installed incorrectly to the water supply, but to the Washer that actually has an imprinted label as to what is cold and what is hot!! Not to mention the dryer has a steam and they installed that incorrectly!!May chief complaint is that this process took weeks and ended up costing me about $400 and no one was willing to satisfy the customer expect the last plumber who walked thru it with me and showed me exactly what happened, which, I had said all along!!Word of warning: never let the installers just leave without having the app on and checking to see if it was installed correctly! I shouldn’t have to take more3 time writing this review on top of the research I had to do to get a simple problem fixed. I am glad, the original installers didn’t come back. As I can only imagine what line of &%( they would give me. PS. I paid for a new foil exhaust hose for the dryer, which I found in my garage & was never even installed. I also mentioned that & was dismissed. Very disappointing and unnecessary waste of valuable time!!
