Very easy to claim Travel insurance
Very easy to claim Travel insurance. The online procedure directions were simple to understand and concise. This is the first time I had to file a claim and I was suprised how easy it was. I did call for help initially and the customer service agent was friendly and told me how to do it. I am 76 years old and I was able to do myself online following the instructions on line. Also, recieved my funds very quickly after I filed the claim. Within a week. I will recommend Allianz to my family & friends when they travel.

Concert Ticket Claim Review
I always buy ticket insurace on concert tickets that cost more than $100 and this was the first time I needed to file a claim. I was not able to go to a show due to Winter Storm Fern. I live hours away from the venue and my area was hit harder, which prevented me from being able to travel safely to make the show. Filing the claim was easy, the response and resolution was fast and there were no issues. I was reimbursed quickly as well.
