Poor Customer Service
Would not honor a coupon that I later realized when I got my visa bill was not added at checkout. Customer service would not honor nor give me any discount on my almost $200 order. They did however offer 5% off on future auto ship orders. Everyone gets that discount so they really offered me nothing. They just lost a customer who was planning on getting all my dog’s meds, supplements and food from them.

Just try I promise you won't regret
I was skeptical about Allivet just because it's online ordering my dogs medication but after receiving my dogs first scripts i felt better and the communication is GREAT! I had a small problem and didn't ask for anything I just wanted them to know and maybe fix the problem and they tried their best to make it right. They went above and beyond! I am very happy with Allivet so far. I've only been using them about two months but I have high hopes they will keep taking care of my dogs needs

This is the most unprofessionally run…
This is the most unprofessionally run operation, even for the internet. I ordered pain meds for my older dog TWO WEEKS AGO! I go on-line and it says they need RX approval, NO ONE called, emailed or tried to get it touch with me. I call them, they had already talked to my vet, but now wanted me to call the vet for them??? At best it will be another week before I get the med's. I checked 1 star because there was no LOWER rating I could give them
