Good but it took a bad review to get the answer I needec
My first review of these was not very good. However. They contacted me regarding the review. I explained why I gave such a negative review. Now being fare. I was not aware that a couple of things included were free gifts I not them must have caught a button because they sent and charged me for something I didn’t want. I was told I could return it. But as it turned out my 32 year old daughter made claim to it. So I never did return it. But my apologies for having given a bad review to start with. Although my email to them didn’t say I could return the unwanted item this did not come about until my bad review but all ended well and I am reversing my original review

Wrong size delivered in right sized…
Wrong size delivered in right sized box. Customer service said to return it for a refund. I did return it but no refund came. I had to enlist the support of PayPal to sort it out.

Order never arrived
Ordered my shoes 10 days ago, last week they confirmed that the parcel was lost by carrier and they will send me the new one, since then absolutely silence, no money, no shoes… The website is disappeared.Update Tonight received the parcel… but missing one item and it’s impossible to send them a message…
