Beautiful Diamond by the Yard Necklace!
The diamond by the yard necklace I bought is beautiful and exactly as I hoped. It was custom made, therefore it took a little longer to receive. Howevwr Bryan from their customer service department answered my emails and responded to my text messages to keep me informed and up to date on the status of my necklace from the beginning of my purchase. Will purchase again from them for sure.

I ordered a piece from Allurez as a Christmas present for my wife, with the stated delivery time being 5-7 days. I ordered at the beginning of December, giving ample time for the piece to arrive by Christmas. It is Christmas Day and the piece still hasn't been shipped yet. I have contacted their customer service, but have only been able to interact with a bot. I have requested cancellation and refund - the bot responds with the same template response and fails to acknowledge my request to cancel. At this point, I am wondering if this isn't a scam. If the piece isn't delivered promptly, my next step will be to report to the BBB and initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. EDIT: I read Allurez' replies to the numerous bad reviews - it is the same insincere, dismissive, AI-generated corporate empathy slop that I have received from their customer service bot. EDIT 2: Go and read the complaints about this company on the Better Business Bureau website before you consider giving them any of your business - it's a frightening read.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYI ordered a charm - it was so small for $400. I asked for a REFUND over 1 month later still fighting with the company, I got the credit card company involved. I had to pay shipping to return the item. I am sooooo sorry I ever got involved with them.

Never Buy Allurez
I would never buy from Allurez ever again. I ordered a basic half paver ring. Repeat, standard/basic ring, not even custom. And the quality was so poor that a gemstone fell out immediately. I was well within the 30 day return policy window and they bend over backwards to string you along and avoid any refund. It's 9 months and counting. It is clearly intentional to have horrible customer service.
