I bought my alo yoga sweater in Dubai…

I bought my alo yoga sweater in Dubai and by the first wash it was showing signs of pilling. I called all the uae stores but not one answered the phone during the opening hours. I was based in Ireland which didn’t help. The Dublin store again needed the Dubai store to confirm that I bought it there first before they could help me which was so bizarre. Apparently they are a separate business. I work in luxury retail and I can honestly say that this is so poor. I eat turned away for month even when the staff admitted this was a fault. They needed the proof or purchase in Dubai but my bank statement didn’t specify stores. It was jumbled numbers. Over priced and poor quality.

Beverly in the customer service team is extremely unhelpful and rude. Clearly they don’t take fraud seriously. I am astonished by the treatment I have received.

The worst customer service of any store…

The worst customer service of any store I have experienced! Purchased a sweatshirt for my son along with many other items during the annual holiday sale and after holidays passed I went into store to exchange sweatshirt for larger size and since the item was sold out they wouldn’t allow the exchange at the sale price. Had to pay full price. So wrong to treat customers this way.

Less than acceptable customer service

The first order I placed was flawless, ordered, shipped and recieved- perfect. The second order I placed, crickets for almost 2 weeks. I reached out and spoke to an "agent" who was not engaged, and sending me generic, vague responses. A conversation that should have taken 5minutes took 40. The short version is they could not process my payment, couldnt tell me if it was on my end or theres. So my order is just forever sitting in limbo. I finally got the less than personable agent to cancel my order. Would not recommend, for such a big company in this day and age, customer service should be easy.

Do not expect your refund!

Do not expect your refund!! I sent the trousers back and they refunded me 66pence for £138 trousers! Emailed back and forth and they acknowledge they got the return and said would be paid back onto my card and once again refunded me 66PENCE!! Over a month of trying to get my money back!! AWFUL customer experience and not even sure I will get my money back avoid avoid avoid!!!

I really don’t understand why something…

I really don’t understand why something that hasn’t been worn can’t be returned or exchanged.My friend bought it as a gift and only gave it to me a month later. Unfortunately, it’s too small and can’t be exchanged because they said it’s already past one month.It costs so much money—such an expensive brand, yet it still has this kind of policy.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Purchased a $250.00 GC in store at Carlsbad location , the gift card was used across the country ( clearly an inside job) called 4x and was denied a new gift card, stating it had already been used!! We are all told there is fraud when purchasing cards at a grocery store apparently the fraud is coming from inside of their own company. If you want athletic clothes shop Lululemon or Vuoi. Customer service gives you the run around, management doesn't care.

The WORST WORST WORST experience ever…

The WORST WORST WORST experience ever !!!! I will never ever go back to Alo after I have been treated like a thief . I was browsing in the store and simply holding some stuff in my left arm when I simply approached the security guy at the exit to ask if anyone has seen my drink which I must've left it somewhere in the store . In that moment he accused me of stealing and stopped me from leaving the store . People staring at me , I feel very embarrassed and a ton of anxiety going through my body in that moment.

I spent a lot of money in Alo Yoga and I never complain and give bad reviews but the quality of clothes is UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR money!

I would give 0 stars if i could

I would give 0 stars if i could. Save yourself some time and money. BEWARE stay away from this company. Customer service is not existence. I ordered large ,they sent xxsmall its been 2 months since I returned it and have not received correct shirt yet. Even after 6 phone calls. Worst company.
