COFFEE MUG MARKETING “LETS TALK”
I had a great experience with this company getting my logo on a Coffee Mug that I purchased for distribution at a local favorite diner in my home town of New Smyrna Beach…After two reiterations and changes I needed with the product, they came out great and delivered on time even with the bad weather reports out in January causing delays (Koodos UPS)…Definitely will be reordering more from these folks…Thank you very Much!Pete Klironomos Salty City Realty(386)2959299

Site/Ordering Issues
Every time I order from this site, it will ask me to update the billing address after I place the order. The order doesn't actually go through, but they place a hold on my credit card for the amount of the order. When I go to update the address, it doesn't give any option to resubmit the order, so I have to contact customer service to finish placing the order. This has happened 3 times now, so I will not be ordering from them anymore. It is too much of a hassle.

The product I purchased was utter…
The product I purchased was utter garbage, the stylus pen would start to write then within 2 sentences would run out of ink. I thought this was a fluke so I tried the next 12 pens, all did the same thing. I contacted them and they apologized and pointed out that I was past the 365 day guarantee so there was nothing they could do then came back with a 20% off my next order smh. I'll be giving all of my business to National Pen instead of splitting up my budget. They had a moment to wow a customer but instead they fell flat, at least they responded fairly quick, shame the response was such a flop.
