Had the most exasperating experience trying to order a gift card for someone as a birthday gift. Placed the order successfully twice and, both times, the order was canceled instantly by this merchant with no explanation whatsoever as to what its algorithm "flagged". Took the precaution of calling my bank, who confirmed there was no issue on their end and that this was a merchant action. Multiple calls to their customer service line yielded a busy signal each time. Was finally able to reach someone via chat, who was useless. A waste of a significant amount of time on a holiday. Would not have bothered to continue to try ordering from this site had the gift recipient not requested this specifically. Not that ABH cares, but after this poor user experience I won't ever order here for myself or others in the future.UPDATE TO ABH RESPONSE: First, no fewer than 6 calls were made to the customer service number between 11-12PM EST, which were each met by a busy signal or promptly disconnected. Second, the mystery issue was NOT resolved and I did not successfully purchase the gift card; rather, we were only able to procure it for the recipient because we asked someone to purchase it on our behalf, and we then reimbursed that person. If only ABH was as diligent about customer service as it is about monitoring its online reviews.

I’m honestly wondering how these people got their products trendy! They have got terrible service! Very poor customer service, placed an order in December this is Feb 13 I haven’t received my order, I complained to the team only for them to issue me a refund! Why couldn’t u reship the products? So I waste my time purchasing products and hoping to receive them and have them cancelled after 2months. Very shitty service

I placed an order on 15th January and now 19th. Nothing no tracking or dispatch notification and no replies to my messages sent on several platforms. This is not good customer service as I explained it was a birthday gift for 23rd January and site says Priority mail. Email returned as not correct address is this company a scam

My order was placed on December 30, 2025. 15 days passed, and many emails were sent, but the shipment has not yet been dispatched from the US! UPDATE: Today is January 19, 2026, and the order has not been delivered yet. Moreover, the tracking link does not show any updates since it was created.

the online ordering is poorly managed. It took WAYYY too long to finally get my order, with only a virtual chat bot answering my complaints and queries.a big mistake to not just drive to the actual store to buy what I wanted.really made me like them less....

I like the quality of their make up. I have been a customer for a very long time. I tried to ordering something recently from their website and kept having an issue with them collecting my payment. They kept rejecting my payment no matter what I paid from. I had the funds in all payment methods that I used. I reached out to customer service and they were no help at all. They said there was nothing they can do about it. After having such a terrible experience, I felt unvalued as a customer. I will not shop directly from them again.
