Went from a secret labs to one of these after about 1 hour in my secret labs it would start to hurt me found myself playing for 6 hours the other night with no issues definitely recommend

Delayed chair order
My only problem with my order is that it was apparently on back order but no one from the company bothered to give me that information until I asked why I had not received an email that my chair had been shipped. Better communication by this company would go a long way towards satisfying the customer.

Fix material-threaded screw interface
Very pleased with the transaction. Delivery was quick.Assembly, overall, was easy except for one serious issue. Were the 8 mm screws had to go in over the cushion area, the cushion material went into the threaded area and screws could not be screwed in. I ended up leaving four screws out from underneath that held up the arm guards. The manufacturer needs to either put a grommet around the material hole so that it’s easy to screw in without the material getting into the receiving thread area. Overall happy with the feel and movement of the chair. Only issue was the threaded screws over the material. Fix this glitch and it’s five stars.

the kiaser 3 xl is very nice just seems a little low to the ground. and the cushion feels like it needs more cushion

I was skeptical
I was very skeptical about this chair and took a chance. It arrived very well packed and quickly. The seat is comfortable even after sitting in it 10 hours a day for work. This does not included gaming hours which vary. It’s well made and large enough to sit with legs folding which is a must for me. The magnetic headrest is height adjustable. I have found my new go to chair. I love secret labs but their chairs have a more firm seat that can make you a little sore.

Great chair
Great chair, great customer service. Got a Kaiser 3pro on a flash sale. Looks great, feels great, very comfortable. I am 6'4 and have plenty of room. Good blend of plush and support. Love the rock and recline features. Been using a week or two now. Unfortunately, as I was putting it together I noticed one of the armrests seem to have an issue. Once done, I took a video and recorded the issue and submitted it via one of their tickets. Quick and easy. A representative quickly got back to me. Not only did they offer to solve the problem but they gave me upgraded arm rests as an apology. They sent them at no charge and arrived quickly. I am grateful that some companies still stand by their products and are willing to do right by the customer.
