Awful and confusing customer service. I needed to return an item and emailed them. Went through many emails of them trying to convince me to keep the product, wanted to return it anyway. Finally they said ship it back at my expense and tell us the tracking number and carrier. When I did that they said “use the online return system”! When I looked at that system it said return only thru post office (I had already spent $24 to return thru UPS)… now they’re saying it will take longer to process since I am using email to process the return. I will NEVER buy from their site again. Buyer beware.

Charger works phenomenally. After a couple weeks of normal and regular use, the charging cable that came with the charger has been giving me some issues as far as only charging at a specific angle, but my other USB-C to USB-C cord works just fine.

Bought a power bank from their official store on ebay to go travelling with. It broke within 3 weeks. They did offer to replace it but only if I returned the item. Unfortunatly I'm travelling for an extended period and am unable to return the item. This meant I had to buy another power bank. Waste of money, very poor quality.

The offical website is trash!..If you want there products go to amazon or something..during placing your order they will "add" charges "after agreement to pay..with many icons to "opt out off".. small print very close together..no second chance..hit the wrong one..it will continue until it's finale.. Where you will then be told of the grand total you accidentally agreed to, with no way to cancel or correct.. This is all after you have already cashed out.And paid.. So this final routine for extra charges with noSecondary authorization or option to cancel it is highly predatory.

I regret buying the Anker MagGo 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station. I paid around $150 for this, expecting premium quality, but after just 5 months it started malfunctioning and not charging properly. What’s even worse is the customer service. I contacted Anker support and went through 5–6 emails of back-and-forth. Each time they asked me to try a different troubleshooting step — reset this, test that, send videos, repeat everything. It felt like they were trying to delay rather than actually help. After all that, their final response was that the issue is not covered under warranty, and they just closed the case. No proper resolution, no replacement, nothing. Completely unacceptable, especially since it’s only been a few months. This is honestly one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Very unprofessional and a terrible way to treat customers. At this point, I’ve given up dealing with them. I won’t be buying anything from Anker again. I’d rather switch to brands like Belkin that offer better quality and actually stand behind their products.
