The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Having to raise a formal complaint with them to try and get money back for an item that has never worked. Lost count of the amount of times I have been asked for my personal information even after they have responded saying I can send the product back. The customer service is beyond horrendous they don't even read what they are responding to. I would never shop there again after this experience. I didn't have a good opinion of them before but since complaining my opinion has got far worse. Save your money and shop elsewhere much better companies out there.

Shockingly Poor Customer Service – Weeks of Repeating Myself for a Faulty ProductI’ve never experienced customer service as frustrating as this.I bought a toy from the Nottingham store that was faulty from the very first use—it wouldn’t charge properly, cut out constantly, and was completely unusable. I explained this clearly, along with the fact that I live hours away and cannot return to the store, and that I no longer have the receipt.Despite that, Ann Summers repeatedly sent me the same copy‑and‑paste messages asking for the receipt I’d already said I didn’t have, or telling me to return it using a process that still required… a receipt. I must have repeated myself half a dozen times, and it was obvious nobody was actually reading my messages.I even sent a video of the fault, which they acknowledged receiving, then claimed they “couldn’t open” and asked me to resend. The whole thing became a loop of pointless requests and zero actual help.After weeks of this, I ended up literally begging for a customer service phone number multiple times, and as of yet, recieved no response.Now stuck with an expensive product that doesn't work and no way to fix the issue.

Click and collect doesn't work. They charge you and it takes a week to come. Then when you complain they cancel the full order

I have ordered several items of underwear over the last four months all of which were good quality and true to size and colour.The item's turned up promptly and arrived undamaged.

Went in to your Cheltenham branch today and was served by Jess (from Worcester) she was very knowledgeable and was a big help.. she got me in the correct size & advised why I was having issues previously… went through all the styles available and suggested what would be most comfortable and supporting in conjunction with what I was looking for. As always the staff give excellent service at Cheltenham and I always leave with a purchase and happy.
