Helpful staff member in Glasgow helped me order a sweater I had seen in their Edinburgh store. It was ordered and posted to my home! Lovely sweater & staff! Highly recommended!

Great pair of wide leg trousers
Great pair of wide leg trousers, that fit beautifully, and are very comfortable and look really nice on. I would have preferred a colour other than washed black, but am happy to make the compromise. They also arrived much quicker than expected. Well done Anthropologie!

Item not matching the order sent after…
Item not matching the order sent after an unexpected multiple month delay in the order and it was a struggle to get reasonable response from the company. Ideally I would have liked the correct item to have been sent. I did however get a full refund in the end for which I am grateful.

Don't order online from them
Don't order online from them. Probably the worst customer service I've received in the UK and I order online a lot. Zero communication about the transit of the items, very odd. And I spent quite a lot. Honestly don't bother was just stressful.

Ordered 2 jumpers separately
Ordered 2 jumpers separately. The first arrived whereas the 2nd didn’t. This wasn’t Anthropologie’s fault, it was with the courier company. However Anthro were fantastic and sorted it out for me within 24hrs. Really impressed by this. The jumper I’m keeping is cheerful & gorgeous !

Brilliant service
My order arrived really quick, it was packaged really well. The item (a gift for a friends birthday) was perfect.Have to say I prefer visiting the store, but ordered this whilst browsing.
