Madesoft Hoodie - waiting 10+ days

Placed an order in store on Jan 17 for the Madesoft Fleece sweatpants and hoodie in pink. The pants arrived quickly but we are still waiting on the hoodie 10+ days later. I am becoming concerned that they oversold and that it is simply not going to arrive at all. If that is the situation I would expect a communication so I can cancel all together and try to get a matching set in an available colour way.

If I could put a zero I would.Worst customer service of all time... They can't tell me why my order is being delayed, the girl I spoke with literaly said " I don't know when you will get your order". I asked her for an approximate time lile days, weeks, months ? She replied "I don't know. She was so apethetic. I placed it oved two weeks ago for ONE item and it still has not shipped.

Fraud place run by Chinese cyber criminals. Arden is a juice bar company in Atlanta GA these people pretend to be Arden outdoors selling trees. They hit my bank account 4 times in less than 2 minutes. Google provided a complete profile on their criminal history. DO NOT USE THEM

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS STOLEN ITS YOUR FAULT

If I could give 0 I would. My package was stolen off my doorstep, no signature requested and Purolator just snaps a picture and doesn’t have to knock or ring the doorbell. That’s what they said. Ardene said it’s my responsibility even though I had notifications enabled and it didn’t come for over two hours after my package was gone. I’m out $136 dollars and my 11 year old won’t have anything for Christmas because that’s all I had. If I had known I would’ve not ordered from Ardene. I won’t ever again. They should’ve had a policy featured on the checkout page or a tick box saying you agree to be held responsible. They are a joke and not Canadian. They advised me I should’ve had to delivered somewhere else. Again a joke. My package was to be delivered by Purolator on December 3 and you cannot update it I tried. I had even initiated an inquiry because it still hadn’t come. Bottom line don’t over from Ardene. They said they are Canadian but they are not. I filed a police report and now I’m going to report to BBB. PLEASE don’t order online you will not get your money back or a replacement. Just look at their rating on here.

Misleading promotions, suspicious cancellation, and benefits that don’t exist

I made a purchase on Black Friday, and after 6 days, Ardene canceled my order claiming the item was “out of stock.” On the same day I received the cancellation, I checked the website and the exact same item, in the same color and size, was available for purchase — but now at the full price. This is, at the very least, dishonest.I used my birthday coupon on the canceled order and never got the benefit back. On top of that, the homepage displayed a 20% birthday discount, yet customer service told me that “no 20% birthday coupon was found” in my account. In other words, the website shows discounts you supposedly have, but that don’t actually exist.Ardene’s rewards and coupons feel like a scam: you use them, they cancel your order, and you lose the benefit.First and last time shopping with this store. Not recommended.

Do not purchase anything from this company they are a conI ordered in July and have still have not received order despite payment being taken straight away.When i email them all i get is the your order is being sorted - I am now about to start a legal claim with them to recover

The clothing is of very poor quality

The clothing is of very poor quality, the sizing is inconsistent and the items not anywhere near the way they were posted on the web. I would avoid this company at all costs. I made an effort to return the items to their address in Houston, Texas but was told that due to supply chain issues, they had to outsource from China and that I would need to return them to China at my own expense. In effect I am being charged and penalized for their supply-chain decision.They have a U.S. contact in Houston, TX, and there is no legitimate reason they cannot accept the return there. The fact that they chose to temporarily source from China does not void my right to a fair and reasonable resolution.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the manager there treats her staff badly. I heard her talking to two of her staff members who were sorting clothes on the shelves. It was all I could do to not say something to her. Her facial expressions to the girls were so disrespectful.
